Please note that check-in takes place at Hotel Golden City (Taboritska 3). Located just 33 feet across the street, Golden City has a 24-hour reception. If you expect to make any changes in your check-in, please inform the hotel in advance, otherwise check-in cannot be guaranteed.

You can park in our secure garage, located in the Residence Tabor and is also used by the Golden City hotel. There is no place for cars higher than 73 in and for cars running on LPG.

Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung
Pros:

Ich habe hier schon sehr oft übernachtet und beziehe mich auf meine vergangenen Bewertungen. Uns gefällt das ausreichende Frühstücksbufett und die fleißigen Servicemitarbeiterinnen aus der Küche. Das Hotel hat eine super Anbindung an die Tram, direkt zum Hauptbahnhof. Gegenüber gibt es einen Dönerladen und ringsherum viele Minimärkte, die bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet haben.

Cons:

Nach 8-stündiger Zugreise kamen wir abends um 19 Uhr an und leider wurde uns erst nach mehrmaligem klingeln die Tür geöffnet. Dann bekamen wir die Schlüssel vom Apartment Nr. 115. Warum uns die Mitarbeiterin Alena ein Zimmer gab mit nur 1x Bettwäsche und 1x Handtücher verstehe ich nicht. Es ist echt nervig so grundlegenden Dingen, die vorhanden sein sollten wenn man für 2 Personen gebucht hat, hinterherzulaufen. Sie übte sich sehr in gequälter Freundlichkeit, aber man sah ihr ihre Überforderung an.
Ansonsten beziehe ich mich hier auf meine vielen Bewertungen aus der Vergangenheit, denn ich übernachtete hier ziemlich häufig.
Ich habe auch den Eindruck, dass Bewertungen, Anregungen bzw. Kritiken von den Verantwortlichen des Hotels nicht gelesen werden, denn sonst wüsste man, dass der Abfluss im Apartment 115 immer noch verstopft ist und sehr sehr langsam abläuft. Das habe ich schon vor etwas einem Jahr bemängelt.

Einmal und nie wieder

Die Lage direkt an der Trambahnstation und nur wenige Stationen in die Altstadt sind sehr gut

Cons:

Der Lärm durch die Lage an der Straße ist extrem. Die Zimmertüren sind laut beim Schließen. Das Zimmer ist sehr beengt. Das Frühstück ist von minderer Qualität und die Auswahl schlecht. Die Reinigungskraft hat einige Pfandflaschen entwendet.

Sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel in guter Verkehrslage
Pros:

Wir reisen sehr gerne in dieses Hotel. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert und es befindet sich in guter Verkehrslage. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Besonders muss ich das Küchenservicepersonal hervorheben, denn sie sind sehr fleißig und schnell. Schmutziges Geschirr wurde sehr schnell von den Tischen entfernt, so dass neue Gäste gleich wieder einen sauberen Frühstückstisch bekamen. Auch das Zimmermädchen Halka war sehr freundlich und wechselte bei Bedarf unserer Handtücher unkompliziert. Wir bewohnten das Apartment 135. Vielen Dank.

Cons:

Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Dieser Aufenthalt lief problemlos. Danke dafür.

Habe 32 € für eine Petson gezahlt und für den Üreis war es in Ordnung. Frühstück naja. Das Zimmer war neu saniert.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist halt ursprünglich nicht als Hotel gebaut worden.
