Really loved staying here - fab for the kids, dog and amazing location

We loved the facilities and how child-friendly they were - swimming pool, jacuzzi was a treat, breakfast was great, great that our dog could stay with us, literally just cross the road to the beach

Cons:

There was nowhere to park when we arrived. The hotel carpark is very small and lots of the spaces were somehow reserved. Struggled to park on the road outside too until the evening when all of the surfers had gone. It would have been good if there was some kind of tuck shop/vending machine we could buy snacks from as the nearest shop was a long walk and we didn't want to move the car when we had finally got a space on the road

Pros:

The view of the beach , the ambience and comfort of the hotel room and its amenities. The staff was also helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend it to people. An 9/10 trip for me!! Loved the little birthday surprise from the hotel as well!!!🤭

Walking distance to fistral beach. Cozy entrance lounge and kids play area.The restaurant offers amazing food and big portion.

Cons:

No airconditioned in the room. Not all dog friendly room. Not enough parking space for the value of money there should be allocated parking for guests.

Pros:

Great location to Fistral Beach. The available activities within the hotel are great - Pool, games and use of beach items etc.

Cons:

Although the bed was nice in size and clean. The location of the room looked out onto a green area that looked old and tatty. Also there was no air-con so room temperature was high, even with colder weather outside.

Fantastic time, would come again.
Pros:

Great location, family friendly. All staff members made you feel welcomed. This hotel put a lot of effort in to making young guests feel special by providing robes in their size, bath soaps just for them, cookies and milk at bed time. All these little touches made my child feel included and special.
