Excellent rooms, location and a fab meal in restaurant.
Lack of parking is an issue . Jacuzzi water seemed very dirty!
The hotel exceeded my expectations by some way. Very family orientated, with well thought out indoor and outdoor facilities for children. Friendly reception, serving and housekeeping staff, who appeared to have one aim: guest satisfaction. My grandchildren and I will return.

Understaffed a long weight for food on ordering at breakfasts.
Not a lot on the food menu.
A jam sandwich for kids @ £7.50 is also not what you want to be paying at a family hotel.
