Lovely location, friendly staff!
Pros:

I had a great stay in the hotel, the beds are very comfortable and the sea view is worth the fee! I got to know the staff pretty well during my stay and they were all friendly and helpful!

Big mention to Loz the breakfast manager, a really lovely young lady, she took a real interest in my daily activities and gave me lots of ideas about other walks/cycling I could do during my stay and made me feel very welcome!

I aIso took a surf lesson with the hotel surf place attached to the hotel and it was awesome and they were really encouraging! Thanks to Kate, Martha and Isaac!

I will definitely be staying there on my next visit!

Cons:

The low ceiling as you walk up the stairs to room 103, it has a mind your head sign but I was looking left and banged my head, I suggested they may want to add a layer of foam just in case someone else isn’t looking where they are going 🫣 but nothing else, it was all great!!

-One slow elevator is not enough for such hotel, at least should have 3 elevators
- no AC in rooms, lobbies, and in restaurants
- breakfast very poor
- no espresso machines in rooms and in restaurant

Pros:

Location was great. Lovely views from breakfast and the lobby.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Rooms were dated. Pool changing rooms were small and dated. Tiny amount of off road parking.

Great hotel in a great location, very smart and we would return.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location. Just across the road and down some steps and you were on the beach. Comfy beds. Very clean. Good shower. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Menu in the restaurant could be more extensive. No aircon, especially this week when it has been hot our room was so uncomfortable in the heat. We did have a fan which helped slightly.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war RIESIG - wir waren bei unseren vorherigen Stopps tatsächlich immer in klitzekleinen Schuhkartons untergebracht, wogegen unser Zimmer mit der Größe wahnsinnig komfortabel war!

Das Bad war angenehm groß und modern.

Die Lage direkt am Beach ist super - einen Steinwurf entfernt befindet sich ein tolles Café mit Blick aufs Meer und die Surfer.

Cons:

Wenn man abends auswärts Essen gehen möchte, ist man zu Fuß ein ganzes Stück unterwegs, weil man sich am äußersten Rand von Newquay befindet - das sollte man, falls man ohne Auto unterwegs ist, unbedingt bedenken.

Das Badezimmer war neu und immer perfekt sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem, es war leider ausgebucht so da ich nicht ein

Hotel is excellent but the don't understand data protection.

Lovely room but extras let it down

The room was great

Cons:

Dinner was a bad experience expecially as it was a birthday dinner, one member of staff let the whole night down and un organised. Food was average I would advise the steak and chips wish I had gone with it the rest is mass produced items.
Made my feeling known to the manager and still awaiting a response.
Also could do with a upgrade to the rooms window as it's blown and distorts view.

Lovely view, would potentially stay again.

Excellent location, staff were really nice and room had a lovely view of the sea.

Cons:

Really loud noise when someone in a room near us used the water tap. Woke me up in the night.

Swimming pool was busy all day but expected.
