The location is beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and facilities are fabulous
Pros:

Loved the lay out and how much there was for kids! From the reception staff to James in the restaurant it was excellent service. We even had blankets in the cinema!!!

Pros:

This was our 4th time staying here. We were very happy with our stay. The room was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was really spacious. Everything was very clean. The staff were all really friendly. Overall the stay was great value for money and we will definitely return for a 5th time.

Cons:

The pool was cold. My girlfriend wasn't able to use the other facilities due to being pregnant and therefore was disappointed with the pool temperature.

I have booked a room with sea view and balcony. The view was really amazing!!!

Sadly I wouldn’t return, too noisy and couldn’t relax.
Pros:

Nice decor in communal areas

Cons:

Outside is unsightly and looks uninviting.
Parking is limited to 10 spaces otherwise you have to pay £15 for the hotel to remove a bollard in their own additional spaces.

Very noisy and housekeeping knocking on doors from 8:50am is poor.

Lots of noise from other guests and maintenance being carried out.

Dirty in bathrooms - found clumps of hair in multiple places which was really disgusting.

No temperature control in the room so cannot heat or cool the room.

Cocktail bar closed even though we were told it would be open to guests.

Small lift and very slow - take the stairs if you can.
