GREAT PLACE TO STAY IN CORNWALL.
Pros:

Room light and airy, with large, comfortable bed. Breakfast options excellent. Dinner super. Friendly helpful staff. The only hotel in which I've stayed anywhere worldwide with its own inhouse cinema. Very useful self-service launderette , so convenient for a longer stay: you find them in some USA and Canadian hotels, but unusual in the UK. Pool and spa facilities available. Cosy, relaxing public areas, Great view of Fistral Beach from the hotel, Extremely economic room rate: £25 per night cheaper than the Newquay Travelodge Hotel, with which I'd originally booked, but they had had to cancel my reservation, due to serious weather-related damage of the property.
About a twenty-minute walk from the centre of Newquay.
A serendipitous hptel discovery and my one regret was that I didn't book to stay longer, which I will do at my next stay !

Great hotel with chilled atmosphere to visit Newquay

Amazing location and view over Fistral beach from the room

Cons:

The half a dozen reserved parking spaces that you had to pay £15 for when the rest of the car park was full 🤷🏻…. Shockingly they were all empty!

Pros:

The staff was very polite, very helpful and attentive to every detail, the room was just as I wanted it with a sea view, everything was impeccable, delicious breakfast and lots of activities for children and adults, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, cinema, outdoor and indoor playground, table tennis and field. I'm sorry I only stayed one day! Next time I won't hesitate to make a reservation for more days.
