Va molto bene. Può comunque migliorare (facilmente!!)
Pros:

Appena scendi dal traghetto dalla banchina del porto vedi la scritta "Studio Poseidon", zero sbattimenti e sei subito arrivato.
Loro sono gentili e rispondono alle richieste.
Marcos, uno dei 2 noleggi scooter dell'isola, lavora praticamente nella struttura.
Lappartamento è ampio e accogliente.
Una vista mare VERA, ce l'hai in faccia!

Cons:

2 lettini singoli, abbastanza duri e piuttosto corti per di più, con attorno una struttura in legno cosìcché non possono neanche essere accostati per bene!
Doccia che manda poca acqua, e con una tendina di plastica. Senz'altro poco curato questo aspetto.

Posizione ottimale, gentilezza dei proprietari, terrazzo vista mare, possibilità di affittare motorino direttamente in struttura

Cons:

Mobili un po' vecchi e rovinati (armadio e cucina) che sarebbero da cambiare. Il bagno non è molto comodo, la doccia ha solo la tenda e si allaga tutto, bisognerebbe mettere la cabina col vetro e anche un lavandino più grande dove poter appoggiare le cose

Γλυκύτατο ξενοδοχείο και πολύ καλούς ιδιοκτήτες!!! Ευχαριστούμε!!

++++ φανταστική θέα από τα δωμάτια με το μπαλκόνι και τοποθεσία
+++ υπήρχαν δίπλα 3 θέσεις πάρκινγκ για να μην κουβαλάς τις βαλίτσες από τα σκαλιά, βέβαια και κάτω στο λιμάνι το πάρκινγκ είναι στα 30 μέτρα. αξιοπρεπέστατο.

+++ γλυκύτατη η κόρη της ιδιοκτήτριας

Studios di fronte al mare e a due passi dal porto
Pros:

Struttura vicino al molo dove attraccano i traghetti, a gestione familiare e con una vista mozzafiato sul porto dí Lipsi.
Pulizie giornaliere e appartamento molto confortevole.
