Pros:

Krásné vybavení, udržované, čisté. Ochotná slečna na recepci, když nám v restauraci při příjezdu řekli, že není volný stůl. Hned běžela a zařídila nám otevření další části restaurace.

Cons:

Nelíbil se mi vůbec vchod do vnitřní herny, je to jak do sklepa, vůbec tam není investovaná koruna. Mají velký prostor a ne šikovně využitý.

Dokonalý víkend pro rodiny s dětmi.
Pros:

Místní kuchyně byla výborná, obsluha velmi příjemná s vstřícná, celý pobyt byl pro nás příjemný a rozhodně se rádi vrátíme zpět. Wellnes je naprosto vyjímečný, službu hlídání dětí jsme sice nevyužili, ale je to skvělý nápad.

Cons:

Bohužel jako mnohde jinde, stále se lidé nenaučili respektu a chování na večerním rautu. Přestože Obžerství je součástí pátečního programu, někteří ho praktikují nepřetržitě. Je mi líto personálu, který to musí snášet.

מקום לילדים וגם גדולים, אגדה.
Pros:

מלון מאוד יפה עם המון פעילויות לילדים. מקום חובה לבקר בטיול בצ'כיה. כל חדר מעוצב בסגנון אחר, צריך לבחור בזמן ביצוע הזמנה. המסעדה זה סיפור בפני עצמו , כל פרט מרשים. השתתפנו בהצגה, השחקנים מדברים רק צ'כית, יש מדריך להורדה באנגלית, אבל הוא לא מתרגם את השחקנים, רק מספר על מקומות בהם עוברים. אנחנו מאוד נהנינו מהצגה וגם ילדים, יש לנו בכל גילאים. יש בריכה במלון וגם מתקנים לילדים בחצר, יש פינת חי קטנה. יש גם ספא למבוגרים בלבד, ללא בגדים.

היינו במקום רק שתי לילות וזה הרגיש קצר מדי.

Pros:

The hotel room was very interesting, clean and the bathroom was very spacious.
You have to know that in the room price it is not included the use of the wellness center.
And the location in google map it is not exact…
Most of the staff was friendly except of the girl in the front desk of the wellness center.

Overall so-so
Pros:

Beautiful interior design with amazing attention to details. Very good food. Very clean and nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. Gigantic internal playground for kids. Nice welcoming with a cake. Really friendly stuff. Individual heating and air conditioning in the room. There seemed to be a nice playground on the outside for kids for summer.

Cons:

Wellness, pools, jacuzzi is a separate thing to the hotel and requires reservations, charged additionally and very expensive although advertised on booking's photos as part of the hotel (40min. away full-sized aquapark is significantly cheaper). Without free access to the pools/jacuzzi the stay seems strongly overpriced for me. I'm used to all that included in this price level. Rooms are not cleaned daily as if it was not a hotel but rather something closer to a pension. The rooms are very interesting but you see only a single one of them and there was no option to choose it, although there were only few guests at that time. There is no really anything to do there as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There are no menus, signs or customer information in English so the rules are not clear. It was very cold in the restaurant in the winter, there should be some heaters near the tables for guests during breakfasts and dinners.
