Frühstück kostenfrei, dafür okay. Aber nach 5 Tagen fehlt die Abwechslung.
Betten nur auf Anfrage bezogen. Fußboden zu nass, nicht nachgetrocknet.
Good hotel to stay in Gulin.. the stuff even gives us gifts..
We loved our stay at the Riverbank Hotel. The staff was so incredibly sweet! Upon arrival, we were given free breakfast vouchers (delicious spread), tokens for the grab machine) and upon departure, we were gifted cookies. The rooms appear to be renovated recently and are modern and comfortable with a small sitting area and trike for kids.

The staff at the front desk were very lovely, the room was very clean and a great size (we booked a room with a king sized bed but the shower and rest of the space was also very large), and the breakfast included both Chinese and Western options.

Friendly and helpful staff, one of the staff speaks good English and checked us in. The location is good with view on the Taohua Jiang river and food stores nearby. Good breakfast.
The daily roomservice was nice but they did not clean the shower well I think. On day 3 we had some small moths in the bathroom, upon checking we found many small worms coming from the rubber shower mat. After cleaning it disappeared.In the breakfast room we spotted a roach, they're common for the area but still would prefer not to have them near our stuff. One the occassion we were a bit late for breakfast there were only leftovers.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good Price with a nice breakfast, small hotel. Good Restaurant reccomendation in Walking distance. Organized a very good tour to the Rice terrasses.
In some Parts of the hotel it could be a bit cleaner, but the Room was really clean.
We stayed for three nights, and the hotel felt brand new. The hallways were pleasantly scented, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and inviting. The bed was large and luxurious, with a very comfortable mattress. There’s a well-equipped laundry room, which was extremely convenient, and the dining room serves a delicious and satisfying breakfast. While the hotel is not in the city center, it’s only a short distance away, and a Didi ride to downtown costs just a few shekels. We truly enjoyed our stay having tried several hotels during our trip, this one was by far the best. It met and even exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Excellent service by the staff. Very hospitable, friendly, polite and helpful. Located slightly away from Guilin centre (15-20in walk from the pagodas) and it's better cause the centre (in August) was utter chaos with jostling crowds and traffic and noise. I love that it's 2min walk from a local morning market that's full of authentic Chinese old-fashioned life.
Local taxi drivers didn't know the location. But the reception did give out a card to use if hailing taxis. Only on first arrival, it would be harder to get to.
Stanze grandi e molto pulite. Staff gentile, parlavano fluentemente l’inglese. Abbiamo inoltre usufruito gratuitamente di lavatrice e asciugatrice.
L’hotel è frequentato da molti cinesi, la sera anche fino a tardi si sentivano schiamazzare bambini nel corridoio
