Pros:

Tarek and Aristoteli treated me like family. Loved the view of the Acropolis. Very close to Alexander the Great lnstitute for Modern Greek tuition. Room spotless, comfy bed, fresh towels, adequate kitchenette, plenty of hot water, A/C & Wifi good. Bin for used toilet paper emptied daily. Response to queries via Whatsapp prompt and courteous. Great effort was undertaken to make the reception area more accomodating for guests waiting for their rooms to become available (before and after photos).

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault but Athens' traffic is extremely loud and some of the noise trickles in at night. Earplugs kindly provided. I heartily recommend installing safes in the rooms.

Самият град Атина е превъзходна историческа и туристическа дестинация и това надделя над разочарованието и огорчението, че домакина постфактум ни уведомява, че трябва да заплатим допълнително за паркомясто за колата ни и че не е спазил уговорката за часа за настаняване в стаята ни, след 800 км. шофиране.

Cons:

Явно не може да се има 100% доверие на описанието и оценките на домакините в платформата. В страницата на хотела в Booking беше презентирано, че хотела разполага с безплатен паркинг, което впоследствие се оказа, че не е точно така. Заплатихме си за паркомястото на колата отделно от тарифата за нашия престой. Стаята ни не беше готова в часа определен за настаняване, а именно в 15:00 ч., нищо че дори пристигнахме с 15 мин. по-късно. Трябваше да отложим настаняването с поне 20-30 мин. докато камериерката изчисти стаята. Не бяхме компенсирани от домакина по никакъв начин за този негов гаф, независимо, че той ни беше предупредил със съобщение в Whats App, че ще има финансови последствия от 10-15€ на час за нас, ако по някакви причини ние не спазим часовете за настаняване или напускане на хотела. Смятам, че отговорността по тези клаузи трябва да е двустранна, а не доминантна от страна на персонала на хотела. Не бихме ползвали още веднъж услугите на този домакин, както и не бихме го препоръчали на никой наш познат или познати.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο παντού υπήρχαν τρίχες στα,σεντόνια στο μπάνιο. Η καρέκλα είχε τρίχες και ψίχουλα. Η τουαλέτα κατουρημενη. Η τηλεόραση σπασμένη. Το παράθυρο δεν έκλεινε με αποτέλεσμα να μείνει ανοιχτό ένα δάχτυλο και όλο το βράδυ έμπαινε κρύο δεν είχε αλλά,σκευάσματα ώστε να ζεσταθουμε. Απαράδεκτες οι συνθήκες.. στη ίδια τιμή υπάρχουν και άλλα ξενοδοχεία πολύ καλύτερα απο αυτο.και με πρωινό.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ανακαινισμένο, καλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο και ωραία μεγάλη smart τηλεόραση και καθαρό
Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλά και ωραία καφέ και εστιατόρια
Το προσωπικό άψογο.

Cons:

Είναι λίγο μακριά από μετρό. (Περίπου 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια)
Υπάρχουν βέβαια τρόλεϊ και λεωφορεία κοντά

My studio’s windows were not well insulated and it was constantly drafty near the windows. Without hot AC it was uncomfortable to spend time in the room.
