Functional for one night, but needs maintenance
Pros:

Fine for a one-night pitstop, but it has some issues. On the positive side, the self-service was easy and parking was great, just be sure to book it via message before you arrive.

Cons:

The windows didn't close properly, which felt unsafe for a higher floor, and the shower flooded the floor.

Pros:

Camera grande con bagno comodo, presente bollitore, no macchina caffè, garage al piano interrato molto comodo a 15 euro per notte, va assolutamente prenotato prima perché hanno solo quattro posti. Metró a dieci minuti a piedi. Vicino al museo archeologico nazionale.

Cons:

Non c'è nessuna possibilità di appendere gli asciugamani né in bagno né in camera, dato che c'erano solo quattro grucce, abbiamo dovuto attaccarli ai cassetti, peccato perché sarebbero bastati due banalisissimi ganci al muro.

Very good apartments close to everything you could need to see.
Pros:

When I first arrived and saw loads of grafitti everywhere, I wondered if this was an OK area, but Athens is a very grafittied city, and the area was fine. Great for the station to get into the centre, only about a 10 minute walk, and close to St Georgios Square with some lovely eateries, and round the corner from the most amazing park. The room was large and airy, but I had requested twin beds for me and my daughter to be met with a double. It was a large double, so sleeping was OK! One day we had requested new towels, but only one towel had been taken away and the others left there with no new towels to replace them, but on phoning reception (late at night) this was rectified really quickly. Thanks Figleaf Kipsela for a lovely stay in Athens.

Cons:

Walking up three flights of stairs to get to the room after a day of walking around Athens, but that's just my knees!!

Good stay for price, location and comfort.

Η σχεση ποιοτητας-τιμης το στρώμα και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολυ καλα

Cons:

Ένας καθρέπτης λείπει από το δωμάτιο πέρα απο το μπάνιο,το ίντερνετ μας πετούσε συνεχώς έξω και η τηλεόραση δεν έπαιζε για πολλή ώρα γιατί χάνονταν το σήμα. Στο κομμάτι της καθαριότητας θα μπορούσε να ειναι και καλύτερη, ιδίως στη ντουζιέρα και το πάτωμα. Γενικά σηκώνει αρκετές βελτιώσεις

Pros:

It is in a very nice location near to the center, close to transport and with its own very nice neighborhood of Kypseli on walking distance. Friendly staff and spacious room with nice big window. On the plus it has its own basement parking slot (although they charge for it)

Cons:

The mattress/and bed was really really bad so couldn’t sleep and rest.
