Pros:

Hotel w dobrze usytuowanym miejscu. Wszędzie blisko. Obsługa w recepcji super. Śniadania pyszne. Panie odpowiadające za czystość, porządek oraz w restauracji bardzo miłe. Wszystko na szóstkę.

Cons:

La colazione sempre uguale ogni mattina e con prodotti un pó dozzinali. Nella piccola area fumatori davanti l ingresso, nessuna seduta per potersi accomodare.

Check in staff member was friendly. Other staff member on desk could smile and be a more approachable to guests staying in the hotel.

Viešnagė buvo labai maloni – maloniai nustebino erdvus kambarys, platus pusryčių pasirinkimas
Pros:

Didelis pusryčių menu pasirinkimas. Patogus susisiekimas su senamiesčiu, nors gatvės šalia viešbučio buvo tvarkomos, mūsų vizito Krokuvoje metu, tačiau visur buvo paliktos aiškios nuorodos. Viešbutyje dirba labai paslaugūs darbuotojai. Pasinaudojome galimybe palaikyti savo daiktus iki išvykimo jų daiktų saugykloje, o tai gerokai palengvino mūsų keliavimą mieste.

Pros:

las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, el desayuno excelente, las chicas del buffet super amables, y la ubicación es muy buena ya que a unas calles se entra a caminando a la vieja plaza.
