Pros:

Locația a fost cât de cât aproape de centru.
Locul de parcare.
Căldură a fost ok.

Cons:

Pereții foarte slabi. Am fost deranjați toata seara de un grup de tineri care au facut foarte mult zgomot. Deși am scris proprietarului nu am primit răspuns.
Mobilier vechi si deteriorat.
Miros neplăcut in cameră.
Praf pe noptiere si veioze.
Covorul era incredibil de murdar.
Apa calda la ora 22 nu prea era, am inghetat puțin in dus.
Pt o seara e ok, dar nu pentru familie cu copii.
Salteaua foarte slaba. M-am trezit cu dureri de spate. Mi-au intrat arcurile in coaste.

De evitat pe cat posibil ! ATENTIE LA PRET - platiti miros de canalizare si discomfort !
Cons:

Sunt foarte multe nereguli , astfel ca le pot explica rapid:
1. miros de canalizare in toata camera
2. par peste tot in baie
3. noptierele aveau pe ele resturi de bautura ( cola ), nu au fost curatate deloc.
4. camerele de pe spate au vedere la o aerisire de bucatarie, astfel ca nu poti lasa geamul deschis, simti tot mirosul de mancare in camera.
5. mocheta este nespalata de un deceniu. Au pus o mocheta visinie peste tot pentru a nu se vedea mizeria, dar mirosul se simte de invechit.
6. Salteaua patului este extrem de dura, te doare spatele indiferent de pozitia in care dormi.
7. In cazul meu, ventilatorul vecinului mi-a sunat in cap toata noaptea. Nu stiu daca statea cineva in camera alaturata, posibil sa fi fost uitat.
6. pretul este exxxxagerat de mare, avand in vedere conditiile, am platit 356 ron !
Nu recomand sub nici o forma ! Am fost cazat si la pensiuni de 150-200 ron si credeti-ma ca era lux.
