The address of the Altstadt underground parking is Innrain 4, 6020 Innsbruck. If you arrive with bulky luggage you can park your car at the hotel's loading zone (135 feet away, marked with "Hotel"). Parking right in front of the hotel is not possible. The hotel suggests that if you arrive with light luggage you should park your car right at the Altstadt parking garage. Please do not use the garage entrance next to the hotel (not possible to park your car there).

Pros:

Location was amazing. Right by the river and close to the funicular that takes you to the slopes. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

The wifi in the property was spotty at best when you have private replay on your phone. Once turned off, it works great. I like my privacy and opted to use my international data instead of turning off my private relay.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in bester Lage mit einigen Abstrichen
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Innsbrucker Altstadt ist hervorragend, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Schwimmbad im Keller ist sehr stilvoll und ansprechend. Der Spa-Bereich ganz oben im sechsten Stock ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig - auch mit lokalen Spezialitäten - und lässt keinen Wunsch offen.

Cons:

Das zwar stets freundliche Service-Personal im Frühstückssaal war leider durch den Ansturm offenbar überfordert. So funktionierten die grundsätzlichen Dinge nicht: mal gab es keinen Tee mehr, mal keine Milch, mal keine Butter, mal keine Teelöffel: ein tägliches Ärgernis - das kann jede kleine Frühstückspension besser!
Unser Tipp: den Tag ohne Ärger mit einem Frühstück in einem der hervorragenden Cafés in der Altstadt starten!
Im übersichtlich ausgestatteten Zimmer fehlen Aufhänger für die Bademäntel und Handtücher, auch mehr Stauraum für Kleidung wäre sehr wünschenswert.

Enttäuschend - vor allem für den Preis!
Pros:

Das Personal, vor allem beim Frühstück, war sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage ist Top. Der Sauna Bereich war klein aber fein und es gab immer genug Handtücher- ein großes Plus. Das Frühstück war ergiebig und sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Nordkette Zimmer gebucht. Uns wurde es mit tollem Ausblick und Badewanne angepriesen. Unser Ausblick war der dunkle Innenhof und das Dach vom Restaurant. Badewanne war keine Vorhanden. Die Gläser und die Karaffe wurden länger nicht mehr entstaubt. Der Schrank kaputt, der Safe ist fast durchgebrochen.
Da es mir am ersten Abend gesundheitlich nicht gut ging, bestellten wir Room Service. Das Essen war grässlich - absolut unbeschreiblich. Lustigerweise ist auch die Kulinarik Karte nicht aktuell und daher konnten wir gar nicht das bestellen was wir wollten. Ein Tohuwabohu und hin und her.
Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir von fremden Männern vor unseren Fenster, rauchend, geweckt. Die haben anscheinend das Dach begrünt. Sehr angenehm - wenn Leute in dein Zimmer schauen können während du nackt im Bett liegst.
Die Eingangstüre in unserem Zimmer war gebrochen - mit ein bisschen stoßen hätte man diese locker aufbekommen und somit konnten wir jedes Gespräch und jedes Geräusch am Gang so wahrnehmen als wäre es im Zimmer selbst. Die Privatsphäre am WC war ein Witz - man kann zusehen wenn jemand sein Geschäft verrichtet und hören sowieso. Wäre es mir nicht so schlecht gegangen und wir länger geblieben hätten wir auf ein anderes Zimmer gepocht - jedoch wollten wir das Personal auch nicht belasten. Ob man uns dieses Zimmer zugeteilt hat weil wir so jung wirken oder weil sie dachten es sei uns egal kann ich leider nicht sagen. Da bei der Abreise viel los war wurden wir auch nicht gefragt wie es für uns war - denn wir hätten gerne unser Feedback gegeben. Wenn die Zimmer gereinigt wurden sahen wir das es durchaus nette Zimmer gibt und daher bin ich bitter enttäuscht - vor allem weil der Aufenthalt ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Partner war. Sehr schade. Wäre es besser gewesen wären wir sicher wieder gekommen - vor allem weil das Personal per se sehr angenehm war und die Lage top ist.
Für den Preis, denn ich bezahlt habe alles in allem leider wirklich nicht zu...

Very nice hotel with fantastic breakfast and a great spa
Pros:

I stayed at the Double Room Deluxe Tyrol room and it was spacious, comfortable, and stylishly furnished. The breakfast at this hotel is superb as is the restaurant that serves high quality traditional food. The other perk is the spa on the rooftop as well as the swimming pool in the basement. The spa has fantastic views of the Alps and a nice selection of steam rooms. Stay at this hotel was a perfecting ending to my skiing trip.
