Please note that parking is possible at the Altstadt public underground parking, located 177 feet away (opposite of the hotel). The address of the Altstadt underground parking is Innrain 4, 6020 Innsbruck. If you arrive with bulky luggage you can park your car at the hotel's loading zone (135 feet away, marked with "Hotel"). Parking right in front of the hotel is not possible. The hotel suggests that if you arrive with light luggage you should park your car right at the Altstadt parking garage. Please do not use the garage entrance next to the hotel (not possible to park your car there).

Very enjoyable and relaxing when at hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was outstanding as were staff in all areas right through to housekeeping staff, who were helpful and polite.

הצק אין וקבלה היו מהירים אדיבים ונתנו הסברים לכל שאלה. החדרים נקיים שרות נפלא ארוחת הבוקר בופה וגם תפריט לבחירה
מעולה.קיבלנו כרטיס חינם לתחבורה ציבורית. קיבלו את בקשתנו לחניה ולחדרים קרובים. כל הכבוד!!!

שהזמן עבר מהר .בהחלט נחזור למלון זה שהיה פשוט מושלם לזוגות

The whole trip to Innsbrook was fantastic.
Pros:

Everything was excellent, food, staff and location. My father was elderly and he was able to access all the local attractions on foot.

Pros:

Location is as central as it gets. The hotel and facilities are immaculate and would highly recommend this stay for a more upscale experience.

Also, special mention to the included breakfast buffet, delicious and high quality, I've never had a better breakfast buffet at a hotel before!

Cons:

The only thing is I wished there was a small fridge in the room as the locked fridge setup in the lobby is tedious.

Excellent stay in the best possible location!!
Pros:

Excellent location. River in front and old town at the back. Beautiful spacious room. We had one with an sofa bed since our 17 yr old son was traveling. Super comfy. 24 hrs temperature controlled pool in basement with free soft drinks was the highlight. Amazing pillows menu too.

Cons:

Shower and WC were separate. The WC toilet should have a separate washbasin. The floor around the pool is a bit slippery so need to be careful. Otherwise nothing much
