Please note that parking is possible at the Altstadt public underground parking, located 177 feet away (opposite of the hotel). The address of the Altstadt underground parking is Innrain 4, 6020 Innsbruck. If you arrive with bulky luggage you can park your car at the hotel's loading zone (135 feet away, marked with "Hotel"). Parking right in front of the hotel is not possible. The hotel suggests that if you arrive with light luggage you should park your car right at the Altstadt parking garage. Please do not use the garage entrance next to the hotel (not possible to park your car there).

I’d like to start by thanking Martin, who checked us in - he was wonderful, very welcoming and incredibly helpful.
All the staff were attentive and friendly as well, so a big THANK YOU to the whole team!
We absolutely loved everything about this hotel - from the fabulous breakfast to the magical ‘Milky Way’ that appears above your bed when you turn off the lights at night!!!
The room was warm, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and both the swimming pool and the Panorama Spa were fantastic!!!
Looking forward to our next visit!!!

We like very much the decent lady doing our check in together with the gentleman with blonde hair they were very nice with us.
Some staff not professional looking for us with weird look (behave arrogant)
also at checkout the indian bellboy was unprofessional & laughing on our luggage .

Es gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Mir persönlich würde es gefallen eigene Duschnischen in den Zimmern zu haben, anstelle der Badewannen mit Duschmöglichkeit.
