En general estaba bien.
El personal no respondía a los mensajes y cuando lo hacía después de varias horas e intentos no respondía a lo que le preguntábamos, fue frustrante.
Świetny nocleg w Kanionie Colca. Pomimo pobytu na jedną noc udało nam się skorzystać z basenu oraz wizyty w obserwatorium. Pokoje były czyste i przestronne. Pięknie zaaranżowana okolica sprawia wrażenie przytulności. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy :)
L’hôtel est très sympa et les activités proposées sont variées. Le petit-déjeuner est bon avec des produits locaux. Le point fort de l’établissement est son personnel, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à répondre à tous vos besoins. Ils ont su s’adapter à mon régime alimentaire particulier. Un grand merci au gérant, Emmanuel pour son aide concernant notre fille qui est tombée malade durant le séjour. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Pas mieux à yanque
Habitación grande y muy cómoda, incluso con estufa para no pasar frío. Estuvimos muy a gusto. El personal amable, el desayuno rico y mucha paz en las instalaciones. Muy agradable la estancia.
Muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal; siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. El Hotel se encuentra ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. El observatorio fue una experiencia formidable. Aprender algo sobre las estrellas y los planetas fue sensacional.
Aspecto por mejorar: la recepción en los casos cuando no es posible llegar en el horario especificado por el hotel (cuando se llega a altas horas de la noche, entre 9 pm y 12 pm). Aunque hay que coordinarlo, se convierte en una autogestión.
La ducha nunca sirvió con agua caliente. La piscina nos indicaron que su uso era hasta cierta hora, sin embargo horas mas tarde vimos que un grupo estaba usándola, a lo cual nos indicaron que era porque ellos "rentaron 2 habitaciones" lo cual si bien las restricciones deberían ser para todos, e igual nos hicieron pagar el alquiler de gorros para piscina y no vimos a nadie en ese grupo con "gorros de piscina, por otro lado, la piscina " era temperada y no nos encendieron para temperada a nosotros a otros grupos si. El desayuno era muy temprano, por lo cual se perdía, y el precio en venta de productos era demasiado elevado, el error fue que no muestran precio y pues la comparación de precios podría hacerla con un lodge u hotel 5 estrellas. Me iba a quedar un dia mas y me retiré incluso antes de tiempo. En definitiva no volvería.
El lugar es increible, muy lindo el paisaje y la tranquilidad es única. Para venir a respirar aire puro y descansar es uno de los mejores lugares de la zona. Me encantó el hotel.
Poca opción en temas de alimentación y si eres investigador o escritor y quieres venir a escribir tu articulo o libro no esperes una red wifi potente en tu cuarto.
The staff was very helpful, and breakfast was very satisfying. We also enjoyed the restaurant on site. The observatory was a great plus. We could easily walk to the town of Yanque.
How the bathroom window opens to the hallway, had to remember to close it before using the facility!
The staff is so nice. Food is amazing and we even had the opportunity to watch the moon with ´el professor’ in the observatory. It’s one of our best stay in Peru
Just two outlet in a room for three is a bit short
Tout était parfait : il faisait bon dans la chambre bien que le chauffage soit peu efficace. La douche était chaude. La leçon d'astronomie est vraiment un plus.
L'attente pour le dîner est très longue : plus d'1h00...
