Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Super endroit, super personnel très réactif et serviable, avec en prime un observatoire incroyable pour voir les étoiles !
Leuk hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het planetarium en het zwembadje zijn zeker een plus.
De kamers kunnen niet verduisterd worden, maar dat lijkt in alle hotels en hostels in Peru het geval.

Tradition Colca is in a beautiful, quiet location outside Chivay, close to Yanque. The rooms were comfortable and warm, the continental breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly—especially Eric and the Brazilian team, who were exceptional.
Our interactions with the owner-manager were not very welcoming, and many of the advertised amenities required reservations, limited time slots, or additional fees. Our group could not use the observatory, pool, or sauna because of scheduling restrictions, the free bicycles were limited to 30 minutes, and the horseback riding was expensive and initially not well prepared for the children.
Nos encanto que se cumplió con las actividades que indican , la amabilidad del personal, la proactividad , todo estuvo espectacular, Yanque es un pueblito mágico volvería a regresar , nos sentimos muy cómodos.
No había televisión en la habitación, el desayuno estaba bueno , pero debería ser mas variado,los jugos terminaron siendo refrescos eso no estaba tan bueno .

Tolle Unterkunft, herzliche Menschen, die Aktivitäten wie zb. das Reiten waren ein grosses Plus! Sehr empfehlenswerter Ort!
Eine kleine Sache- Die Kosten für den Wirlpool sind sehr hoch 150 Soles, wenn man bedenkt, dass in der selben Gemeinde, Termalbäder sind (mehrere) bei denen der Eintritt lediglich 15-20 Soles beträgt…

El personal no respondía a los mensajes y cuando lo hacía después de varias horas e intentos no respondía a lo que le preguntábamos, fue frustrante.
Świetny nocleg w Kanionie Colca. Pomimo pobytu na jedną noc udało nam się skorzystać z basenu oraz wizyty w obserwatorium. Pokoje były czyste i przestronne. Pięknie zaaranżowana okolica sprawia wrażenie przytulności. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy :)
L’hôtel est très sympa et les activités proposées sont variées. Le petit-déjeuner est bon avec des produits locaux. Le point fort de l’établissement est son personnel, toujours à l’écoute et prêt à répondre à tous vos besoins. Ils ont su s’adapter à mon régime alimentaire particulier. Un grand merci au gérant, Emmanuel pour son aide concernant notre fille qui est tombée malade durant le séjour. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !
