Séjour exceptionnel sur tous les points
Pros:

La qualité de la literie👍, les équipements 👍 la vue( nous étions au 14 eme) la salle de sport, la piscine et surtout le petit déjeuner: EXCEPTIONNEL. L’emplacement est top.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel juste je me demande pourquoi il n’y avait pas de mangue ?? Pastèque ok, fruit du dragon ok pomme ok clémentine ok melon ok mais pas de mangues????

Je me demande également pourquoi , pour un hôtel de cette taille et de ce standing, la réception se résume à 4 mini guichets??? C’est vraiment étonnant, on s attend à une réception plus grande, là, on dirait des pupitres de discours….

Perfect Good Stay
Pros:

Everything is good ,location and facilities, highly recommended

Cons:

Most staff helpful and guiding except the counter lady with specs who has an attitude when asked about room keys . Instead of dealing with it , passed it on to her colleagues: spoilt the mood with her attitude and approach

Pros:

Rooftop bar overlooking the Mekong River was nice.
Room on the 14th floor was OK but not as good as expected for the price. See below.

Cons:

The room was not well furnished with just one chaise longue near the window with no other chair in the room for the second guest. No desk or desk chair. Poor design of the bathroom blind which could not be completely closed.
For a high-end hotel, the Western breakfast was fairly basic although there was plenty of choice in the Asian section.

Super Hotel - besser geht’s nicht
Pros:

Alles. Super Hotel. Tolles Zimmer (wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf Eckzimmer mit Flussblick), tolle rooftop bar, super Frühstück, direkt am Mekong bzw. night market

Pros:

Arguably best location in town. Gorgeous pool area on the third floor and nicely equipped gym. Cleaning staff are very accommodating and rooms are spotless. Very spacious rooms!

Pros:

This hotel was beyond our expectations. Everything was amazing. Staff were phenomenal from the second you step foot in the hotel to the second you check out.
The rooftop bar/lounge was where we spent our last night having some drinks and looking at the view, which was beautiful. Only wished we could have stayed longer.
Rooms were very spacious and immaculately clean.
Amari Vientiane will be our go to hotel every time we come visit.
