Pros:

Krapanj, the smallest permanently inhabited Croatian island, is very beautiful, however the area around the southeast side isn't so great. We suspect that the residents of the nearby houses aren't taking proper care of it, as there's construction debris, etc. Elsewhere, however, it's very beautiful.
The hotel staff, whether at reception, room service, or in the restaurant, were always helpful and friendly.
Especially Mr. Nino – always cheerful and helpful. He also often took us by boat to Brodarica.
We also used the hotel pool - it was clean and always available.
I think the hotel's interior is the original one from 2005. It didn't bother me at all – it was always spotlessly clean. Hotels in Italy or Spain could learn a thing or two from this.

Pros:

The personnel was just amazing! Super friendly and helpful. The island is beautiful, calm and that you are right on the beach just makes this stay very special.

Cons:

If we had to mention something it would be that the water in the shower took some time to get warm.

Exceptional family run hotel on a tiny blissful island
Pros:

The location is unique; the isolation and car-free surroundings and peace and quiet are fabulous
The staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful
The ferry boat trips to/from the mainland are perfect
Room was very nice, well lit, good ventilation and charming balcony

Wonderful, welcoming and relaxing place to stay
Pros:

A peaceful island only a stone throw from the mainland, and truly wonderful staff the hotel was immaculate and relaxed

Cons:

The rooms are slightly dated, but that is very clear from the photos.

Wonderful
Pros:

I had stayed at the hotel some 7 years ago
and was enchanted by its location and features. It was even more enjoyable this time.

Cons:

The shower was very slippery and dangerous for me. Please include a rubber mat.

Pros:

Le parking privé pour la voiture avec navette privative et bateau privé de l’hôtel pour aller sur l’île.
Le personnel aide pour amener les bagages jusqu’à la chambre. L’île est paisible, le cadre est très reposant. Le personnel est disponible et prêt à vous assister.
Le ménage est impeccable.

Cons:

Aucune transparence sur les tarifs du Minibar et sur les services annexes (laundry). Ils ne sont affichés nulle part dans la chambre. Repas au restaurant avec des montants excessifs et sans détails.
On est repartis avec un supplément qui n’était pas prévu.
Un conseil pour l’établissement, afficher les prix de l ensemble des services non compris dans la réservation. Soyez transparent!

Beautiful stay!
Pros:
