Pros:

Ich war mit meinen 2 Kindern da. Man konnte die Annehmlichkeiten, Spielräume, Gärten und den Kids Club in allen 3 Hotels nutzen was das Hin und Hergehen in diesem Fall toll und aufregend machte. Der Spa Bereich für Erwachsene ist auch zu erwähnen weil sehr schön und gross. Bequemes großes Doppelbett! Frühstück bot alles was man wollte. Wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Dass der Kids Club keine Betreuung hat für die Kurse. Eine Kaffeemaschine irgendwo im oder außerhalb des Zimmers wäre wünschenswert zumal es kein Café in diesem Hotel gibt.

Klospülung defekt
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Therme. Der unterirdische Verbindungsgang ist praktisch. Der Indoor Freizeitpark im Hotel Kurz hat den Kindern sehr gefallen.

Cons:

Leider hat der Kühlschrank u die Toilette nicht funktioniert. Wir haben den Mangel an der Rezeption bekannt gegeben u es wurde uns versprochen, dass sich ein Techniker sogleich darum bemühen wird. Auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen wurden wir immer wieder vertröstet u der Mangel nicht behoben. Dies war sehr enttäuschend und daher ist dieses Hotel für uns nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Osebje v samem hotelu nekomunikativno in neprijazno. Check in NI v samem hotelu in tudi restavracija NE deluje v samem hotelu. Dekle na recepciji je bila sama sebi v namen

Super Thermenwochenende mit der Familie- kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr familienfreundlich, sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück und Abendessen im
Hotel Kurz. Der Indoor Spielplatz hat den Kinder sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre die Föhne in den Badezimmer zu modernisieren.

Die Unterkunft, war in Ordnung und es war alles soweit gut.

Cons:

Ich hätte die Unterkunft auf der hotelhomepage viel günstiger bekommen!
Hatte angenommen, dass der thermaneintritt inkl. war! Der Preis nur für das Hotel war viel zu teuer über booking com!!!

Großes Apartment

Cons:

Total altes Hotel , Zimmer alt , Dusche Schimmel , jeder Hotel Gast hat einen garantieren Eintritt in die Therme aber es war keine einzige liege mehr frei !!!! Keine einzige ! Vielleicht sollten die umliegenden Hotels dies täglich an die Therme melden damit sie einen Einlass stopp machen oder soll man Handtuch am Boden legen und wo macht man dann Pause ? Am Boden sitzend?
Mühsam war es auch beim Hotel kurz einchecken und auschecken also im anderen Hotel drüben!
Abendessen auch im Hotel kurz drüben und Bademantel Gang sehr kalt !
