Apartamento de lujo.
Pros:

Alojamiento de lujo, a un precio bastante bueno. El anfitrión fue muy amable con nosotros, nos atendió muy bien y estuvo pendiente de todo lo que necesitamos.
La ubicación es una zona de desarrollo, en la que todavía están terminando de construir, pero era una zona muy tranquila y segura. El coche duerme en la calle, delante del edificio y de la tienda del anfitrión. El coche está vigilado toda la noche por una persona. No hay que pagar nada.

El apartamento es prácticamente nuevo, con unas calidades muy premium, en otras palabras, se nota que es una vivienda bastante cara.

Nos ha gustado mucho, tiene todas las comodidades que hacen falta. Tanto el piso como el edificio eran muy bonitos.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement à Tanger. La résidence est très bien entretenue, sécurisée et agréable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus confortable.
Un grand merci également au responsable pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et sa grande gentillesse : un vrai plus qui met à l’aise dès l’arrivée.
Autre avantage non négligeable : un petit commerce se trouve au pied de la résidence, très pratique au quotidien.
La localisation est idéale, la résidence étant située à peine 15 minutes du centre de Tanger, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de la ville tout en restant dans un cadre calme et serein.
Je recommande vivement cette adresse !
