Nice large property with a dog and 8 cats on the premises. Not far from the main plaza, very secure, though never worried about safety. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very quiet area of town. Great staff that were very friendly. Breakfast was a very nice spread.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast buffet. They can handle big groups easily. There’s a nice lounge area with couches and chairs for chilling after a hard day of hiking

The hotel is a conveniently short walk from the center of Ollantaytambo but far enough to be spared most of the bustle and noise. It's off the main road into down behind a gate and door with a buzzer monitored by the staff. Said staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with information about getting around town, food, sights, and the trains to Aguas Calientes. They also watched our bags after checkout while we visited the archaeological site. The property itself is spacious and open with rooms on two floors and a central common room with a fireplace, comfortable seating, and some games. The room was cozy with a very comfortable extra large (king size) bed, good light, and views to the courtyard and Inca granaries on one side and an open green space with mountains behind it on the other. The bathroom had plenty of hot water and the pressure was quite decent. The breakfast was simple but tasty with Andean buffet style continental fare as well as eggs cooked freshly for each guest. It was a lovely stay at a great value.

The front desk receptionist. Marisela, was very helpful. she went above and beyond to help reconnect us to an object that we left at our hotel. She found the object and organized a taxi to drop it off for us at our train station. very helpful!

Breakfast was very good with many healthy options, location great, walking distance from the train station and restaurants

Location seemed good, around a 15 minute walk back from the train, the staff arranged a ride for us to the train in the morning, which was very nice. We had a small room, great view, made do with 1 suitcase on the floor and 1 on the table. Staff was always helpful and gave very good and helpful advice. Breakfast was cooked to order, with a buffet and was excellent. We were only there for 2 nights but would recommend.

The hotel has beautiful garden, full of nicely smelling flours. Breakfast is good, the staff is polite. They have a parking space on the courtyard and toll fence all over property, so it is quiet and peacefull.

O hotel é um charme com jardins bem cuidados, rodeado de montanhas e a acomodação é espaçosa e confortável. Atendimento carinhoso e eficaz.

Ein schönes Refugium am Rande der Stadt. Umrandet von einer Mauer bietet es Schutz. Ein kleiner Garten schließt sich an die Gebäude an. Der Frühstücksraum bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Anlage. Der Umfang des Frühstücksbuffets reicht vollkommen aus. Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch zubereitet.
