Great size pool. Lovely and modern. Very clean and open making it great for groups.

The property was perfect for all our needs. It was very clean. Well equipped and the pool was perfect.
Andreas was extremely helpful and available to help us with our queries whenever needed.
The cleaner came in a few times during our stay and left us coffee and bath/shower gel and shampoo etc.
we really can’t fault our stay here.
The Villa had bath towels, fresh bedding. toilet paper, shower gel etc everything you need for a self catering stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The pool was clean, spacious, and really enjoyable, and there was also convenient parking available. The kitchen was well equipped, which was great since we had read some reviews mentioning otherwise. The location is peaceful, with a beautiful view of the hill, and the beach is about a 15-minute walk away.
Overall, we have no real complaints – everything even exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. If I had to mention one small detail, it would be that slippers were not provided even though it was listed, but aside from that, everything was perfect.

Quiet location, close to beach and shops, great pool and property layout!

Beautiful villa with a pool. Great location and only a 5 minute walk to local supermarket and 24hr bakery. We rented a car and the beach was only a five minute drive from the villa. Outstanding service from hosts; they were friendly and welcoming from the beginning to the end. Would highly recommend staying here.

Location was great, the property itself is pretty new and finished to a high standard, the pool was a decent size perfect for small family.

We booked the 3-bed villa and had a mixed experience. The villas themselves are very nice and located in a peaceful area, just a 5-minute drive from Perissa beach, perfect for a quiet getaway. However, the air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the villa, especially during the hot nights. We were promised fans by the host after the first night, but they never arrived, and the first night was so unbearably hot that none of us, including our young children, could sleep. This really impacted our first full day. We ended up spending €150 on three fans for the bedrooms, which thankfully made a big difference. We left the fans at the villa so hopefully they are still there for other families to use.

There were a few other small issues… no towel rails or hooks to hang anything, which was inconvenient (the host did bring a temporary clothes rack after we requested), and the pool was not cleaned regularly as promised. In fact, the best clean was on our last day. With a few improvements, especially around comfort and maintenance, this place could be much better.

The best location for family quiet village time with own pool. Villas are top. Nice clean and spacey. Andreas and Voula were very nice and solved all requests we had.

It was a lovely modern villa really nice private pool. Tasteful furnishings, comfortable bed and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.

We had a good stay at this villa in Perissa. The location was great—close to the beach and local amenities—and the villa itself was clean on arrival, with comfortable beds that made for a good night’s sleep.

There were, however, a few issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the villa was not cleaned at all throughout our stay, even though other villas on the same estate did receive cleans. Despite asking, no service was provided. The air conditioning didn’t work for the first couple of days, and when it was eventually fixed, it never properly cooled the villa, either during the day or night. That said, the temperature remained just about bearable, so we managed.

We arrived during a severe sandstorm, which understandably affected things, but it was disappointing that the pool wasn’t cleaned for five days—while the water itself was clean, there was a lot of sand on the bottom, making it less enjoyable for a time. We were told that the pool cleaner came every day but we didn’t experience this in reality.

The host was easy to contact and helpful when we needed support, which we appreciated. One final point to flag: there is no shade on the terrace, despite there being a sail. We were told we couldn’t use it as it hadn’t been fixed yet. This made it difficult to sit outside during hotter spells, particularly if you were travelling with children or anyone needing to stay out of the sun.

Overall, a pleasant base in a great location, but a few missed touches stopped it from being excellent.
