Heel erg fijn verblijf!

Het was allemaal erg schoon. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en opgehaald/gebracht bij de haven.

Precioso apartamento, excelente!
Pros:

Nos ha encantado. Es un apartamento de lujo cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle. La terraza tiene vistas al mar. Y Anna es muy simpática y amable. Nos fue a recoger al puerto y nos ha ayudado con todo. Volveremos.

LUXURIOUS APARTMENT IN KOUFUNISSI WITH EXTREMELY GOOD SERVICES
Pros:

Super modern apartment with top-notch furniture, bed and accessories. Incredible amount of towels.
Great terrace with amazing view.
Location 35 minutes walking from the port, 5 minutes with the exceptional e-bikes provided by the host for 15€ per day pp.
Amazing host (Anna) who struggles a bit with English but gets the job done and is extremely nice. She even gave us a free room upgrade to a CRAZY apartment with Jacuzzi. She also provided free transfer to and from the port.
The price we paid was above the average but the value we got for it was extremely high.

Cons:

Impossible to find something negative, Sophilia Suites is so impressive for its modernity and quality of the services that you wonder how they put the whole thing together.

La struttura, in posizione panoramica, non risulta, però, molto comoda sia per raggiungere le spiagge sia per la Chora: i percorsi non brevi, sono a tratti sterrati e in pendenza. Questo ha reso spesso necessario l’uso del taxi, con un costo aggiuntivo che, sommato alla tariffa già alta (rispetto a Koufonissi e in generale alle isole greche), riduce il valore complessivo del soggiorno.
Prima del checkin avevamo chiesto di ridurre il numero di ospiti da 4 a 2, ma la richiesta è stata negata. Prima i gestori ci hanno detto che serviva l’approvazione di Booking, poi, una volta contattati da Booking, hanno risposto che non era possibile a causa dell’aumento delle tariffe successivo alla prenotazione.
Una ulteriore fonte di delusione è stata la sistemazione: al momento della prenotazione (inizio febbraio) avevamo scelto l’opzione più costosa, proprio per questo ci aspettavamo la vasca idromassaggio mostrata nelle foto, che invece non era presente in camera. Da nessuna parte era chiaramente specificato che non fosse inclusa, e questo ha generato un’aspettativa disattesa.
Una gestione poco trasparente e flessibile.

Pros:

La suite tiene vistas increíbles al mar y a la isla. El interior es mucho mejor que las fotos, super nuevo y limpio.
Lo que más disfrutamos fue la cordialidad de Ana, que gusto alojarse en un sitio donde te reciben y tratan tan bien!

Pros:

La proprietaria ci ha accolti con entusiasmo prendendoci dal porto e riaccompagnandoci al ritorno. Nonostante non parlasse un buon inglese si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi cosa con piacere (dal prestarci sale/olio al tenerci le valigie dopo il check-out). La nostra camera non aveva la vasca idromassaggio come in foto ma l'appartamento per il resto è lo stesso, accessoriato di tutto e con vista.

Cons:

La posizione è decentrata per cui ha i suoi pro ed i suoi contro: da un lato è perfetta per rilassarsi, molto silenziosa e lontana dai locali, dall'altra è un po' faticosa da raggiungere perché si devono affrontare un paio di salite. Noi abbiamo noleggiato in struttura direttamente due biciclette elettriche (15 euro l'una) e con quelle ce la siamo cavata. Forse non la consiglierei ad una famiglia priva di auto o ad una coppia che resta tanti giorni e non vuole faticare ad ogni ritorno (l'andata verso il mare/centro è in discesa).

Amazing stay in Koufunissia
Pros:

The apartment has all the comforts and everything you need, it is just great! The view from the terraces is amazing and the vibe is very relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is perfectly organised. The staff is amazing and we appreciated the help they gave us. Cleaning is PERFECT, thank you again Maria!
