Although the room was clean and nice, I found a cockroach inside the room when I woke up the next day..Also I informed this at the reception but no one seemed to care

I'd stay here again
Pros:

Considering that this hotel is priced at the lower end of the market, breakfast was an unexpectedly large and well presented buffet. I think I've managed to post a photo on here. Location is good, its only a 2 or 3 minute walk to the riverside night market or a 5 minute walk the other way up to the main shopping area.

Noise noise and more noise
Cons:

Noise from within the hotel from 6am. The cleaners for some reason sweep and mop the floors and generally bang about. Also noise from other rooms loud as no soundproofing on doors etc. Plus the elevator motor makes loud banging noises every time it starts and stops.

Hotel moyen service deplorable

La situation géographique

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est de piètre qualité, seul l expresso est à la hauteur.
Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et notre chambre n à pas été nettoyée.
Nous avons eu un problème de transport et le gérant a refusé de passer un appel local, nos cartes sim ne le permettant pas ; il nous à dit que ça coûtait trop cher ! Nous avons proposé de l indemniser, il a refusé encore.
Cet hôtel ne doit pas être tenu par des laotiens qui eux sont accueillants et serviables. Ou alors c est comme ca dans la capitale.
