Spoilt at the end.
Pros:

I liked the location and the service of some staff, in particular the breakfast staff.

Cons:

I was very embarrassed when at check out the counter staff publicly stated that a glass was missing from the room and that I needed to pay for it. I had forgotten that the bathroom glass had slipped from basin and indeed broken. I explained what had happened and they insisted that I pay $3US for it. I didn’t have that currency so offered the Thai Bht I had. I was about 20bht short and he made a big deal about that!!!! Luckily someone listening offered to pay it. Very embarrassing and unnecessary situation. It was a cheap glass worth no more than 50cents! What a disappointing way to finish our 3 day stay.
One rotten apple with no idea of public relations spoilt all the wonderful work of rest of staff.

Great location, excellent breakfast choices, comfortable rooms and awesome roof view
Pros:

Breakfast was good, offering Western and That-Laos options.
Good location close to riverfront market but far enough away to not be noisy. Despite its name, The hotel is not on the water’s edge — which is a good thing.
Night market is fun, has locals and tourists.
For dinner we walked along the river for about 20-30 minutes, heading away from town from the end of the market, ended up at awesome Kong View Restaurant and watched sunset. Excellent food and Bev and nature.
Go to the hotel roof — awesome view.

Cons:

Bedside tables appear to open up for 2 drawers. But they in reality do not open! There is a top surface.
No instructions on the safe. Staffer came up to teach us upon phone request
You will need absolutely crisp and recent USD notes if that’s your plan. Some notes we purchased in Thai bank, which looked perfect to us, were deemed unsuitable. They take VISA cards.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Location is great, breakfast is awesome with a good variety and starts early too at 7 am.Staff is also very friendly

Cons:

Room size is a little small and the deluxe roomn with terrace just overllooks a wall compund.

Le confort après la marche intense dans la ville !!
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait : dans le centre, près du Mékong, près du marché du soir, dans une rue assez calme.
Les petits déjeuners proposent un grand choix de plats sucrés et salés.

Ein Hotel, welches man für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Vientiane jderzeit weiterempfehlen kann.
Pros:

Wir haben uns die paar Tage, welche wir in Vientiane verbracht haben, rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren Spitze, das kleine Frühstücksbuffet voll und ganz ausreichend und die Sehenswürdigkeiten alle fussläufig oder mit Tuktuk schnell zu erreichen.
