Super Personal, Essen und Umgebung.
Pros:

Wir können das Hotel, die Küche und das überaus freundliche Personal wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Lage am wunderbaren See sowie der Spa-Bereich mit der schönen Liegewiese lassen keine Wünsche offen. Infolge einer Namensgleichheit durften wir, obwohl Appartement 250m entfernt gebucht, das Zimmer im Hotel ohne Aufpreis behalten.
Vielen Dank dafür. Man sollte auf jeden Fall Halbpension buchen, da alle Speisen mit Liebe
zubereitet sind. Wir haben das sehr genossen.
Die Kolleginnen und Kollegen an der Rezeption
waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Aufgrund einer Magenverstimmung wurde mir sogar eine extra-Suppe serviert.
Lieben Dank dafür. Die malerische Umgebung und der See haben uns in ihren Bann gezogen

Trotz kleiner Schwächen bei Barrierefreiheit und Ausstattung überzeugen Lage, Ausblick und Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage des Apartments war hervorragend und der Ausblick einfach traumhaft. Das Apartment selbst war zwar eher schlicht ausgestattet, jedoch sauber und gepflegt. Sobald man jedoch den beeindruckenden Ausblick genießt, rückt die Ausstattung in den Hintergrund. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out einen ausgezeichneten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Aussicht vom Apartment war wirklich beeindruckend und definitiv ein Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Da wir jedoch mit Hund und einem 6 Monate alten Baby gereist sind, wäre ein besser erreichbares Apartment für uns deutlich praktischer gewesen. Eine entsprechende Berücksichtigung bei der Vergabe oder ein Hinweis vorab wäre wünschenswert.

Der Check-in war etwas irreführend beschrieben. Durch die Möglichkeit des Online-Check-ins gingen wir davon aus, direkt Zugang zum Apartment zu erhalten. Tatsächlich mussten wir zunächst zur Hotellobby, die sich etwa 300 Meter von den Apartments entfernt befindet. Eine klarere Kommunikation hierzu würde Missverständnisse vermeiden.

Zudem war die Küchenausstattung sehr einfach gehalten und bestand lediglich aus einer mobilen Kochplatte. Die Unterkunft war außerdem recht hellhörig. Das angebotene Frühstück erschien uns im Verhältnis zum Preis wenig attraktiv.
