Tranquillity
Pros:

Bed and room was very clean and comfortable. Staff went over and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay, especially Chameera. Everyone was so friendly and courteous. I couldn’t fault this hotel and highly recommended. Beautiful views overlooking Kandy especially at sunrise is spectacular.

Family Holiday
Pros:

The hotel Cassendra is in a very beautiful location and peaceful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and friendly, especially Dilrukshi! Highly recommended for a family or other stays. The food was really good and inviting.

A small hotel with a big heart
Pros:

The hotel is located a little way out of town, but has good views. We went for the english breakfast option which when the meal arrived was not quite what you would expect for an English breakfast but interesting!
I need to mention the lovely staff, Chamera,Dilrukshi,Pathum and Kasun who were truly amazing and welcoming.

Lovely hotel in quiet setting, just a short ride to town.
Pros:

Very nice hotel just outside of town. Easy and quick access to town with a tuk tuk or other transportation. The bathroom has a proper closing shower stall, rather than a wet bathroom like most other bathrooms in Sri Lanka. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Nice views to have coffee/tea or meals.

Good hotel option
Pros:

Great location, good proximity to bars/walks. Only a 10 min tuk tuk into the town. No fault of the hotel but it was slightly scary to be out in the town in the evenings, so ensure you know where you are going! The trees around the corner was a great spot with a rooftop pool & bar to visit.

There was ongoing construction that we weren’t aware of prior to our stay
