In Ordnung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Der Aufzug war hilfreich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig. Die Brötchen waren blass und trocken. Der Kaffeeautomat ist ein Grundmodell, das keinen Cappuccino oder Latte Machiato machen kann. Wurst und Käse sieht man an, dass sie aus der Plastikpackung kommen.
Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und das Personal konnte nicht helfen.

Pros:

sehr schönes Hotel an der Mosel. Alles war sauber und das Zimmer geräumig und schön. Es macht alles einen edlen Eindruck. WLAN funktionierte ohne Probleme. Die Betten/Matratzen waren sehr gemütlich und bequem. Frühstück war sehr gut mit allem, was das Herz begeht, auch warmen Speisen. Eine große Käseplatte gab es und ganz guten Kaffee.
Im angeschlossenen chinesischen Restaurant haben wir abends sehr gut, reichhaltig und lecker gegessen. Preislich war das auch ok.

Cons:

Verständigung etwas schwierig, da nur chinesisch gesprochen wird. Französisch,deutsch und englisch nur ein paar Brocken, aber das Persoanl war freundlich und bemüht ..

De badkamer is erg klein met een douchecabine voor de kleinere mens.
Ik ben zelf 1,9 m en paste er niet echt comfortabel in...

Établissement à fuir absolument pour son manque total de professionnalisme et de respect du client.
​J’ai réservé une chambre via Booking, confirmée et garantie. quelques heures avant mon arrivee l'hôtelier m'annonce simplement qu'il ne peut pas honorer ma réservation. Aucune solution de relogement proposée, aucune empathie, juste un mépris total des engagements contractuels.
​Se retrouver sans solution d'hébergement au Luxembourg le soir même à cause de leur gestion désastreuse des disponibilités est inacceptable. Si vous cherchez un hôtel fiable sur lequel compter pour votre séjour, passez votre chemin : ici, votre réservation ne vaut rien.
​Honteux et indigne d'un professionnel de l'hôtellerie.

Pros:

The location was adjacent to the Moselle river, which was very nice. Located within the hotel is an excellent Chinese restaurant, with another Chinese and Italian restaurants located within 100m. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Parking was possible immediately outside the hotel. All in all, the hotel represented great value.
