For a night over is a good option
Pros:

For 1 night stay it was ok - the location is amazing, there is a park, a lake and the city walk is quiet and peaceful.

The property can certainly do way better for the money requesting. They were facilities to use and disposable toiletries which was a plus to our stay.

Cons:

We didn’t like the fact that we were called 1hr before our check in that the booking was cancelled due to some system upgrade/error, the confusion, the anger and the frustration of calling customer service to sort out our problem. At the end a room was found for us and we appreciate it but it’s something that really affected the whole expedience. The breakfast can be potentially richer.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

During our roadtrip, we picked this hotel for a nigt and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff friendly, included breakfast delicious. And there was even a massage chair in the room, which made our tired roadtrip mussels very happy.
Definitely recommending this hotel and we will come back one day :)

Het was een leuke kamer

Cons:

De ontvangst een half uur moeten wachten om de sleutel te ontvangen
Ontbijt eerst geen koffie dan waren de tassen op dan geen brood ook geen kans op een koffiekoekje
Geen eitjes
Personeel deed zijn best maar was onbekwaam

Top Lage zum wandern und spazieren gehen - Preis/Leistung ebenfalls Top !
Pros:

Super Aussicht auf die Mosel. Tolle Lage inkl. kostenlosem Parkplatz. Spielplatz gegenüber, direkt an der Mosel. Hatten zusätzlich ein Kinderzimmer mit Trenntür, sehr großzügig und geräumig.

Pros:

Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire qui était aux petits soins ! Belle chambre et salle de bain. Bel emplacement aussi, avec vue sur la Moselle, pratique pour promener nos chiens. Pas de problème pour se garer non plus.
A ce jour pas de restaurant mais il est prévu. Par contre un petit déjeuner est possible, largement suffisant. Le rapport qualité-prix est plus que satisfaisant.

Pros:

Prima locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Prima prijs inclusief gevarieerd ontbijt.

Cons:

Halverwege het ontbijt was er al veel op en het bijvullen duurde erg lang. Het hotel is gedateerd en in matige staat van onderhoud

Onbijt was leeg werd zo goed als niet aangevuld
Handdoeken waren schuurpapier
Douche water liepber van onder je kon je niet comfortabel douche of afdrogen
Weinig bergruimte om je kleren op te bergen/hangen
Er was savonds niemand om iets te drinken te geven in de bar

Ik zou deze plek aanbevelen.
Pros:

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en de service is aangenaam en niet opdringerig. Het ontbijt is goed, met een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. De ligging is erg handig. De matras is zeer comfortabel en de kussens zijn goed. Alles is schoon en netjes. Er is geen airconditioning, maar er is wel een ventilator aanwezig.

Unseriös - chaotisches Buchungssystem und unfairer Umgang mit Gästen

Mitarbeiter hat sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt und versucht an der Lösung mitzuwirken.

Cons:

Die Anzahl der gebuchten Zimmer und Betten war nicht vorhanden. Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, erst als die ganze Gruppe angereist war. Man hat uns für mehrere Personen stattdessen Kinderbetten angeboten, was einfach absurd war. Mehr Lösungsansätze oder Vorschläge vom Hotel gab es nicht. Wir haben selbst uns um eine spontane Alternative kümmern müssen. Da alle Zimmer bereits bezahlt waren und wir dort nicht bleiben konnten, haben wir uns darauf verständigt, dass uns das Geld ohne Stornogebühren komplett erstattet wird.
Entgegen der Zusage und des offensichtlichen Sachverhalts habe ich am nächsten Tag eine Nachricht bekommen, dass das nicht geht, weil man für ein kostenfreies Storno mind 48 Stunden vorher stornieren muss. Somit musste ich den Kundenservice von Booking einschalten um das Geld komplett erstattet zu bekommen.
