Прекрасно място
Pros:

Престоят ни в студиото беше повече от чудесен. Беше изключително чисто, през ден сменяха кърпите, стаята е оборудвана с всичко необходимо. А гледката към един от най-хубавите плажове на острова е невероятна. Със сигурност ще се върнем отново и го препоръчвам с две ръце.

Lovely apartment close to beach and local amenities.
Pros:

Very close to three beaches, local restaurants, shops, cafes. Very clean studio apartment.

Cons:

Because of technical limitations A/C had to stay no lower than 22 degrees. On some of the nights it was too warm, an additional fan would solve the discomfort.

Nuostabi vieta!!! Šalia 3 pležai, nors didelė aikštelė šalia- jos nesigirdėjo. Šeimininkai pasirūpino paplūdimio reikmenimis. Šalia kavinės, parduotuvė ir autobuso stotelė.

Our stay at Astacos Studios exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, the host was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. Communication was excellent, and we received clear, detailed instructions before arrival, making the entire check-in process effortless.
The studio was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. One detail that really stood out was the mattress—it was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after long days at the beach. The shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, which made a real difference.
The location is outstanding, just a very short walk from the beach, restaurants, and everything you need. You can enjoy the beautiful surroundings without needing to drive.
What truly makes this property special is the host's genuine care for guests. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that guest comfort is their top priority.

Много чисто, сменяха чаршафи и хавлии през ден, има всичко необходимо в студиото. Хубава гледка!

Cons:

Шумно е отвън, тъй като има голям платен паркинг точно отпред и е много оживено от ранна сутрин до късна вечер.

Essendo un gruppo di appartamenti non c'è un insegna con il nome così da identificarle subìto sul sito dice che ci sarà qualcuno ad aspettarti per il check in invece trovi la chiave nella toppa

Volvería una y mil veces.
Pros:

El alojamiento era simplemente perfecto está súper bien ubicado,la playa está literalmente a 1 minuto andando,hay supermercados,tours en barcos es simplemente perfecto

No hay nada que criticarle a estos studios y sobretodo destacar la atención de los dueños,la limpieza y todas las comodidades que te dan.

Insgesamt ist es eine gute Unterkunft. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer sich um das Hotel kümmern und es gepflegt halten.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer 5 mit einem bequemen Bett und einer ok funktionierenden Klimaanlage. Die Strände, ein Supermarkt und die Green-Bus-Haltestelle sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Badezimmer ist modern und die Sanitäranlagen sind neu. Die Reinigung erfolgte jeden zweiten Tag, und insgesamt war alles ziemlich sauber. Die Reinigungskraft war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer lief unkompliziert über WhatsApp.

Cons:

Es gibt ein paar kleinere, aus unserer Sicht gut behebbare Nachteile. Die Nachttische sind sehr klein und dadurch nicht besonders praktisch. Im Schrank gibt es leider zu wenige Ablageflächen, um Kleidung und andere Sachen gut zu verstauen.

An der Eingangstür gibt es unten einen Spalt zum Boden, durch den nachts leider verschiedene Insekten und Krabbeltiere ins Zimmer gelangen konnten, unter anderem Kakerlaken, Asseln und Hundertfüßer.

Die Klimaanlage wirkte etwas schwach bzw. eventuell nicht ausreichend mit Kältemittel befüllt. Außerdem war der Ventilator recht laut und der Luftstrom kam eher ungleichmäßig. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ging auf ein Transformatorhäuschen, aber daran lässt sich nicht viel ändern.

Pros:

The location is wonderful, all the beaches are within walking distance and there is a good variety to choose from. You can rent a boat or a catamaran and explore the coastline from the sea.

Wunderschöne Lage, zentral gelegen mit Parkplatz vor der Haustür, Lagunen zum baden, Restaurants u.v.m.
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber u gepflegt, einziges Manko wir sind kein Fan von durchsichtigen Badezimmer- Glasschiebetüren die sich nicht schließen lassen (spalt bleibt immer offen)... Ansonsten klare Empfehlung wir kommen gerne wieder <3
