Locatie en faciliteiten zijn top maar management is slecht.
Pros:

Uitstraling van hotel + kamer en faciliteit zien er allemaal heel goed en uit en zijn goed onderhouden + schoonn

Cons:

Personeel viel mij heel erg tegen. Bij check-in kreeg ik 0,0 uitleg over hoe alles werkte mbt reserveren in restaurant, ski in - ski out en andere 'standaard' zaken.

Het personeel (wanneer er niks te doen is) hangt achter de bar en praten heel hard in 'moedertaal' en laten je wachten tot dat zij hier een keer zin in hebben om iets te doen.

Na mijn vraag bij de bali of mevrouw een taxi voor de volgende ochtend wilde bestellen (aangezien mijn duits niet goed is ) kreeg ik het een kaartje met een nummer in mijn handen geduwd en zei ze dat ik dit zelf kan doen.

Super Skitage in Sölden
Pros:

Die Lage mitten in den Bergen auf 2000m ist phänomenal. Der Aussenpool mit Sonnenuntergang über den Bergen spitze. Sehr schön ist auch der Barbereich in dem man sich Abends sehr nett aufhalten kann. Skikeller, Anschluss ans Skigebiet ist alles prima. Das Appartement war neu und sehr schön ausgestattet.

Overall athmosphere, the spa was great, the food was tasty and the staff was friendly (gave us lunch bags when our last morning was early)

Cons:

The shuttle only goes to the parking lot, not the village. Also it would have been nive to have a tea kettlenin the room.

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Hele mooie locatie met ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen. Super mooie en goed verzorgde wellness, schone en nette kamers, heerlijk eten. Echt een Top verblijf gehad!

Pros:

Wspaniała lokalizacja w otoczeniu najwyższych gór. Doskonałe SPA i strefa relaksu. Bogate śniadania. Bardzo mila i pomocna obsługa.

Cons:

Jedno menu kolacyjne do wyboru dań z karty dla kogoś kto nie ma ochoty na wykupienie całego zestawu kolacyjnego.
I jak na takie wyjątkowe miejsce posiłki (choć smaczne) powinny być nieco bardziej wykwintne. Duże porcje.

Pros:

De kamers en uitzicht op de besneeuwde bergen

Cons:

Het personeel! Totaal niet geschikt voor in een hotel! Niemand nam de telefoon op toen wij dringend hulp nodig hadden met onze aankomst. Tientallen keren de receptie geprobeerd te bereiken, maar niemand nam de moeite op te nemen. Ook op email werd niet gereageerd. Wij wilde namelijk weten hoe wij het hotel het beste konden aan rijden. Ivm sneeuw en gladde wegen konden wij niet naar boven rijden richting het hotel. Wij hebben zelf maar een taxi moeten bestellen a €50 euro om naar het hotel te kunnen vanaf de parkeerplaats onderaan. Dit is ongeveer 2 km afstand. Aangekomen in het hotel ons verhaal uitgelegd en kregen een ruggengraatloze sorry te horen van de niet heel nette receptionist. Ook gevraagd waarom niemand op nam. Deze receptionist zagen wij tijdens avond eten aan de bar hangen met een biertje. Volgende dag kwam er zonder kloppen housekeeping binnen in onze kamer. Dat is ook heel vreemd. Aangekomen bij de receptie wachten ons weer een probleem, de shuttlebus was net vertrokken. We kregen ook geen informatie van de receptie wanneer de shuttlebus zou rijden. Gevraagd of ze ons toch nog konden brengen naar onze auto bleek onmogelijk te zijn. Terwijl het busje gewoon voor het hotel geparkeerd stond. De receptioniste kon niets voor ons betekenen. Het is immers een kleine moeite om naar bendeden te rijden. We konden volgens haar weer een dure taxi bestellen of een paar uur wachten tot de volgende shuttlebus ons kan brengen. Na een uur wachten kwam ze uit het niets dat een paar collega’s die een ski moesten brengen voor reparatie naar beneden gingen met het busje en wij ook mee konden. Uiteraard moesten wij 17 euro betalen om mee te mogen! Terwijl er eerst geen enkele mogelijkheid was om met het busje naar beneden gebracht te worden! Dit hotel is zo verschrikkelijk slecht met het helpen van haar gasten! We hebben dit nog nooit meegemaakt.
