Las instalaciones muy limpias, el personal muy amable y esta a 15 minutos caminando del dentro de la ciudad.

An Amazing Hotel in a Historic City
Pros:

Amicable front desk. Allan, the manager, was very friendly and took good care of me during my stay. My room was vibrant, lovely, and very clean. Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance from centro Guanajuato. I also enjoyed the exceptional breakfast that came with my room at one of the most renowned restaurants in town. Such a lovely hotel in the old city of Guanajuato that made my time in the city pleasant and enjoyable!

Pros:

Allan the guy at reception was superb and very helpful.

Very difficult to access by car especially if you have a big car. Also noise level due to walls being thin

Perfecto hotel para quedarte en Guanajuato
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y me encanta el alojamiento. Está muy bien decorado, muy limpio y cómodo para descansar, sin ruidos. No está en el centro, pero llegas en 15 minutos caminando. El desayuno incluido no es en el hotel, tienes que ir al centro, pero es muy bueno. Un 10 y muy recomendado.

Excelente opción para conocer Guanajuato y dejar tu vehículo seguro.
Pros:

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, todo luce como si estuviera nuevo.
El personal sumamente amable.

Cons:

Demasiado ruido en el exterior, Y lamentablemente no hay advertencia de disminuir el ruido para los otros huéspedes, los cuartos no cuentan con buena insonorización y nos tocó en dos ocasiones que huéspedes llegaron a alta hora de la noche haciendo mucho ruido, de igual forma los ruidos de la calle se filtran mucho, y nos tocó alguna festividad porque estuvieron quemando pirotecnia que nos mermó mucho el descanso.

Excellent updated hotel. Room was large, well appointed with comfortable bed & nice bathroom. Everything was very clean. Staff were exceptionally pleasant and always ready to help. Included breakfast at very nice restaurant a short walk to city center was also a plus. Overall outstanding stay. Would definitely recommend!

Would recommend to my friends if they visit the city
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! Just a 10 min walk from the city center, with a nice night view and a clean room. The host was super welcoming, and the breakfast at a nearby city center restaurant was really good. Totally worth the price!

Pros:

Desde antes de llegar el personal (Alan) estuvo atento de mi traslado, escribiéndome si necesitaba algun tipo de asistencia. El hotel perfectamente bien ubicado, cerca del centro pero no tanto para escuchar el ruido de la ciudad, instalaciones muy limpias, camas cómodas, estacionamiento seguro. El restaurante al que te envían para el desayuno sin duda uno de los mejores de todo Guanajuato. El hotel vale la pena cada centavo.

Cons:

Necesitan mosquitero las ventanas o ventiladores mas grandes.
