Frokost ok, beliggenhet bra

Cons:

Dere selger en 4 stjerners hotell, det er maks 1-2 stjerner pensjonat. Dere kan kan ikke lure kundene deres på denne måten.
Vi ber om en overnatting på et hotell som stemmer med forventningen ellers er ikke dere å stole på.
Vi har bestilt en hotel i sommer i Gaeta, Italia hvor det står 3 stjerner av dere, vi er bekymret om dere er til å stole på.

Helt okej frukost, fanns att välja på. Vår duschslang gick i sönder, men personalen var snabb att fixa den, så tummen upp för det! Överhuvudtaget mycket trevlig personal.

Cons:

Stod inte någonstans att hotellet var stängt mellan 12.00 och 15.00. Att incheckning var kl 15 visste vi men inte att det var låst. Kom i ösregn och kunde inte ställa in våra väskor någonstans. Vi både ringde och skickade meddelande men fick inget svar!
Borde nog stå på hotellets hemsida!
