A place to relax
Pros:

The staff are really friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well maintained. I also liked that the hotel is in the centre of Bad Gastein, next to a supermarket, yet it is very peaceful. The staff helped arrange breakfast for me in the morning on one of the days when I had to set off early, before breakfast hours, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

The hotel has set reception hours, which can be annoying but isn’t a major issue. It’s worth letting them know your arrival time if you arrive outside the check-in hours. I would have liked a few more vegan options for breakfast.

Zentrale Lage, nur wenige Schritte zum Bahnhof, zur Felsentherme, zur Bergbahn und zu Geschäften. Sehr freundliches Personal.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und divers. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass nichts in Plastik verpackt war: Frische köstliche Butter, Marmelade und Joghurt in Schälchen. Kein unnötiger Verpackungsmüll.

Cons:

Der Kasten im Zimmer hat einen sehr intensiven Geruch gehabt - wohl von einem Reinigungsmittel. Das fand ich ein bisschen störend.

Útulné a skromné ubytování s ochotným personálem
Pros:

Možnost ubytovat se v noci, když nebyla již recepce otevřena. Ochota personálu řešit moje požadavky. Lokalita, kdy to všude bylo blízko.

Cons:

Pod okny byl hluk z nějakého ventilátoru v suterénu. Sprchový walk-in kout není opravdu to co mám rád. Malý výber na snídani, kdy často se muselo čekat na kafe. Neodpověděli na požadavek na nabíjení elektromobilu, i když venku zásuvku měli 400V 16A měli. Recepční neuměla anglicky, ale díky ochotě pracovat s překladačem jsme se domluvili.
