Cons:

The standard for the room was very low. The bed was very uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work. They didn’t accept credit cards-cash only!

Friendly staff and lovely fresh breads for typical Austrian style breakfast.

Cons:

Towels in room only changed every other day.
Be nice if 2 towels were supplied if rooms are only cleaned in alternate days.

A great value, comfortable, clean and easily accessible stay
Pros:

Excellent location, well appointed, v friendly staff, quiet, v clean and a very nice breakfast selection. Bernard and the team are very friendly.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Maybe a kettle/tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom would’ve been a nice extra touch.

Nettes Haus in bester Lage in Gastein
Pros:

Schönes altes Haus, gut modernisiert. Großes Zimmer, ordentliches Frühstück, sehr freundliche Menschen!
Die Lage nahe Bahnhof, Therme und Stubnerkogelbahn ist super!
Der späte Check in via Schlüsselsafe war einfach und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Das Gaus ist recht hellhörig, aber es ist halt ein älteres Gebäude mit Charme.
Straße und Zug hört man, war aber wenig störend.
Dass es nur Filterkaffee gab war schade.

Pros:

Probably the best location in the city - very short walk to the cable car and right next to the groceries store. Great staff and very clean room. Bonus - REAL tea (not bags) for breakfast :)

very good breakfast - although it never changed throughout the week; very good location, close to train station, shops, restaurants and the ski gondola; the room was large, clean.

Cons:

WiFi did not work during peak times (when guests were in the hotel); sometimes, it was cold during the night, but tolerable.
