Pros:

Immer noch zu teuer für den gebotenen Service!
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. In kurzer Gehdistanz kann man die Talstation der Stubnerkogelbahn erreichen. Das Frühstück war ok. Allerdings ist man als Teetrinker auch hier wieder im Nachteil. es gab von jeder Sorte Tee genau einen Teebeutel. Erst auf Nachfrage wurde dann 1 zweiter Beutel gebracht. Die Milch war am ersten Tag Sauer, wurde aber auf Nachfrage hin dann sofort ausgetauscht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer total abgewohnt, elektrische Leitungen und Wasserleitungen teilweise auf Putz verlegt. Im Vorraum gab es kein Licht. Das wurde dann am zweiten Tag - nach Reklamation - repariert. Parken im Hof kostet extra. Die Ortstaxe wird in bar verlangt - eine Gästekarte wird aber nur auf ausdrückliche Anforderung ausgestellt. Wäre die Ortstaxe abgeführt worden, wenn wir keine Gästekarte verlangt hätten? Wir wissen es nicht. Die Betten wurden nicht gemacht, das ist jetzt nicht wirklich schlimm, zeigt aber doch, dass hier beim Gast gespart wird. Besonders nervig war, dass der Feueralarm einmal losging. Wir fürchteten schon einen Feuerwehreinsatz - es ist aber nichts passiert. Auch niemand vom Personal erschienen um den offensichtlichen Fehlalarm aufzuklären.

A lovely stay in Bad Gastein
Pros:

Very nice small hotel. 5 mins from the station, close to the ski lift. The room was clean and tidy. Very friendly staff who speak English, German, and Russian. There is a ski room if you travel for ski holidays. I liked the place

Cons:

The WiFi didn't work properly, and the towels weren't changed once during my week-long stay. I also did not receive a Gastein Card, which gives quite a few discounts. I realised there was such a card on my last day, and I only received it after I asked for it.
