Pros:

Κάθε ημέρα ερχόταν η κυρία για το καθάρισμα του δωματίου.Καθε τρίτη ημέρα γινότανε αλλαγή στα σεντόνια και πετσέτες.Η περιοχή που μέναμε βρισκόταν πολύ κοντά στις πιο γνωστές παραλίες και σε σε λίγα λεπτά βρισκόμασταν επίσης στο λιμάνι,στο κέντρο των Συβότων,σε mini market κ.τ.λ.

Cons:

Το μπαλκονακι του δωματίου μας, ισόγειο,έβλεπε σε έναν περιποιημένο κήπο, αλλά δεν είχαμε ιδιωτικότητα.Δεν υπήρχε πάρκινγκ και όλοι στάθμευαν μπροστά μας.Και επίσης περνούσαν από αυτό τον χώρο.

Pros:

I am very happy with my stay at this property. The room we stayed in was excellent — clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was also quite close to the center of Sivota. Highly recommended

Satisfactory stay
Pros:

Communication with the hosts was clear. The room was clean and there was a coffee maker.

Cons:

The price. Even though the market value in Sivota says otherwise, I believe such basic establishments shouldn't cost more than 50 euros per night.

good value for money but really noisy
Pros:

Nice and well kept apartment, good value for money, kind and polite staff

Cons:

The walls were so thin, that it's as if you're sharing a room with all the other guests of the hotel. We didn't sleep at all that one night we spent there, there was noise until 3 AM and then it started again at 8AM.

Remote house, no view to anywhere ,not easy to access, small room at the main ground, small room unc
Pros:

There is nothing I could find to say that I liked. The only thing was that it was quiet and on a top of a hill, countryside.

Cons:

Very remote, at a top of a hill, not easily accessible, bad condition of the streets around ,remote from town center, small room, not accessible parking lot especially the path to enter the parking lot was badly constructed , the mattress of the bed was uncomfortable and deflated -broken.The communication to the owner via the phone was cold and unprofessional when we asked to cancel at the day of our arrival even snarky attitude, and arrogant.

Good stay for one night
Pros:

We were staying only for one night, everything was clean. The lady let us check in super early, at 10am which we appreciate much! However, if you plan to stay more than one night it should be better equipped with kitchen utensils.
