Pros:

El personal es increíblemente amable y atento, siempre dispuestos a orientar y responder a mis necesidades.
La habitación era cómoda, solo afecta los comercios aledaños que son muy ruidosos, pero el esfuerzo del hotel por cumplir su promesa fue impecable.

El hotel esta en una zona bastante ruidosa. Y cabe destacar que las habitaciones no cuentan con agua caliente.
El desayuno bastante pobre, solo tienes la opcion de arepa, fruta y huevos fritos asados o revueltos.

O hotel apertado, com muitas escadas, chuveiro péssimo(fraco), banheiro apertado, uma hora o banheiro funciona no quente outras não, o ar condicionado parou de esfriar e depois voltou a funcionar. O café da manhã nos dias que ficamos a moça que atendia educada e pouca variedade de alimentos, porém no dia da folga da atendente, estava uma senhora que não sabia nada, serviu café gelado e bastante atrapalhada.

La ubicación y que era seguro

Cons:

Habían muchísimas gradas y eso no se especificaba en ningún lugar, además de que las fotos no muestran realmente lo que es. Y el desayuno aunque tenía buen sabor era realmente pequeño

Que no me fijé de las escaleras y mi mamá tiene 80 años, igual subía poco a poco pero solo salíamos 1 sola vez al día de los 5 días que duramos hospedadas

Muy buen trato del personal. Buena ubicación. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Rico desayuno y atención muy amable.

Lo único malo es el ruido en la noche de los pubs. Pero se entiende por la ubicación.

Calidez y amabilidad excepcional
Pros:

El personal es magnífico. Nora nos recibió cada mañana con una sonrisa y un desayuno riquísimo. José nos trató increíble en todo momento y nos dio súper consejos para visitar y recorrer la ciudad, siempre amable y cercano. Un 10 !

Cons:

Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero a pesar de que la ubicación sea excelente por estar en el corazón de Getsemaní, la zona es ruidosa por la noche al tener un bar cerca.
