Cons:

Hay muchísimo ruido, hay un bar ubicado en diagonal al alojamiento. Hasta las 1 am hay música muy fuerte.

Muchas gracias por todo, es un lindo hotel y el personal súper amable y de grande ayuda. El desayuno en el rooftop es delicioso y la ubicación del hotel en el corazón de Getsemani nos hizo pasar una estancia perfecta. Gracias!!

Theft from room and zero responsibility from hotel

I had a very serious and unacceptable experience at this hotel. During my stay, approximately 200 EUR went missing from my room.

The room was only accessed by hotel staff while we were out, which makes this situation extremely concerning. As a guest, you expect a basic level of security and trust — this was clearly not the case here.

What is even more disappointing is how the hotel handled the situation. There was no real investigation, no accountability, and no support. I was told vague things about checking cameras and even a “polygraph test,” which sounded unprofessional and unrealistic. The manager never showed up to speak with me in person, despite saying they would.

Instead of taking responsibility, the hotel hid behind their policy stating they are not responsible for lost items and mentioned the safe. This was not properly explained during check-in (which was late at night), and in any case, guests should not feel that their belongings are at risk inside their own room.

This is not just about the money — it is about safety, trust, and how guests are treated when something serious happens.

I strongly advise future travelers to be extremely cautious when staying here. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.

Satisfactoria.
Pros:

El personal es increíblemente amable y atento, siempre dispuestos a orientar y responder a mis necesidades.
La habitación era cómoda, solo afecta los comercios aledaños que son muy ruidosos, pero el esfuerzo del hotel por cumplir su promesa fue impecable.

El hotel esta en una zona bastante ruidosa. Y cabe destacar que las habitaciones no cuentan con agua caliente.
El desayuno bastante pobre, solo tienes la opcion de arepa, fruta y huevos fritos asados o revueltos.

O hotel apertado, com muitas escadas, chuveiro péssimo(fraco), banheiro apertado, uma hora o banheiro funciona no quente outras não, o ar condicionado parou de esfriar e depois voltou a funcionar. O café da manhã nos dias que ficamos a moça que atendia educada e pouca variedade de alimentos, porém no dia da folga da atendente, estava uma senhora que não sabia nada, serviu café gelado e bastante atrapalhada.
