Pros:

Το πρωινό ήταν επαρκές και με αρκετή ποικιλία.
Το δωμάτιο άνετο με πολύ καλο κρεβάτι για ξεκούραστο υπνο.
Το σημείο που βρίσκεται χαρακτηρίζεται από άριστη θέα, και ησυχία. Η προσβασιμότητα στα αξιοθέατα της πόλης είναι άριστη και σύντομη.

Cons:

Ο εξοπλισμός που υπήρχε για την υποστήριξη του πρωινού μπουφέ ήταν αρκετά παροχημενος. ( καφετιέρες, έλλειψη στο μπουφέ τοστιέρας).
Η ανακαίνιση των δωματίων πρέπει να συνεχιστεί, ιδιαίτερα στον χώρο της τουαλέτας. Τέλος η τοποθέτηση σίτων στις μπαλκονόπορτες είναι απαραίτητη.

Η θέση του είναι καταπληκτική πάνω στη λιμνοθάλασσα.

Cons:

Δεν έχει ράμπα στην είσοδο για τις αποσκευές, ΟΥΤΕ ασανσέρ για τον πάνω όροφο. Πρέπει να σηκώνεις τις βαλίτσες!!!
Τα ανακαινισμένα δωμάτια σε κάποια σημεία έχουν μούχλα και επικίνδυνα σίδερα που εξέχουν. Δεν έχει κουρτίνα συσκότισης και ξυπνάς από τις 5 που μπαίνει φως. Το πρωινό μέτριο, ΧΩΡΙΣ μηχανή καφέ espresso, μού έφεραν έναν άθλιο από φακελάκι του σουπερμάρκετ…

Cons:

Τα δωμάτια μύριζαν από την υγρασία και είχε μούχλα σχεδόν παντού στο μπάνιο. Θα έπρεπε να σκεφτούν σοβαρά την ανακαίνιση.
