Wer in Corrientes unbedingt Halt machen muss, der kann hier einigermaßen zufrieden sein.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral in Corrientes. An der Rezeption wurde geholfen, wenn man Fragen hatte. Das Abendessen, das nicht im Preis inbegriffen war war lecker. Insgesamt ein ordentliches Hotel.

Cons:

Nun ja das liegt eher an Corrientes, denn dort ist Mittags etwas der Hund begraben. Ab 17:00 Uhr wird es dann wieder besser. Am Hotel fand ich das irgendwie typisch argentinische Frühstück nicht sehr prickelnd. Für Argentinier scheint das aber das Standardprogramm zu sein. Einerseits verständlich bei der wirtschaftlichen Lage des Landes, andererseits sollte man das dann auch ohne Frühstück im Angebot haben. Dann kann man ins nächste Cafe um die Ecke besser frühstücken gehen.

Absolutely not worth the £51 a night I paid.

Location is good.

Cons:

The room felt like a prison cell. So depressing. Bleak, sparse and the window looked directly into someone else’s room. Linens were stained, hairdryer not working and generally the room felt unpleasant. Also the price on booking.com was not what I paid and when I queried it they blankly told me to read the small print. Like its 1995.
