Lovely clean comfortable space, very welcoming host
Comfortable, spotlessly clean property and friendly owners. Location just outside Chester was ideal as it didn't involve going in and out of Chester itself but was convenient for Park and Ride. It was well located for the places we visited during our stay. Breakfast was fine, self-served from the ingredients (bread, milk, cereals etc.) provided.

The proprietor were unreasonable there was no water in the property they gave us bottled water to flush the toilet so we had to go out to a pub go to there toilet so we refused to pay for the first night but the second day the water was on so we paid for the second night, when we left the proprietor was waving and laughing it upset my wife and she was crying she was so upset with the whole experience we have been with booking. Com for so many years and never had this trouble before

The room was quite warm at the end of the day due to being a south facing room, this was easily resolved by opening the window.

The hosts were really friendly and made time to spend with you to make sure everything was OK. The the room was comfy and clean, and the bathroom had free toiletries. Downstairs and the kitchen were ours to use. Fresh bread was made for us and breakfast things left for us, which was a nice suprise.
The gate was small for my large car but free parking was good on the drive.
This homestay provided a living room/dining area for guests and a very well equipped kitchen - everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including complimentary freshly baked bread. My bedroom was comfortable and had everything I could want, including plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hanging space and the wifi was excellent. Always unlimited hot water for the shower. There was an outside seating are outside the kitchen door, ideal for that first cup of tea in the morning.
