Friendly staff member who has checked us in. Nice city recommendations including something to eat against midnight. Clean and nice room. Good bed. Just a small walk from the city centre through a nice park which was a plus. Nice value for money. And 24h reception.

Camera pulita e spaziosa a pochi km dal centro città.
We arrived early at the hotel and they kindly let us leave our luggage. We also got to check in early as the guests before us checked-out early. They arranged cleaning quickly and we got the room 3 hours before the check-in time. The room was very clean and as it looks on booking.com. There was an elevator which helped a lot as we had heavy luggage and our room was on the 3rd floor. The shower was new and clean and the beds were very comfortable, they also provided extra blankets. We booked the room with breakfast included and for the additional cost, it was worth it. We got a variety of savoury and sweet breakfast options with coffee and tea and the service was amazing!
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working.

The hotel is close to the ferry terminal, the bus station and downtown making it a perfect place to base ourselves for a few days.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
