Really pleasant and unforgetable!
Pros:

We stayed at the windmill which made the experience very unique. The view from there was breathtaking.

Non consiglio il mulino.
Pros:

La posizione fronte mare, anche se esposta ai venti. Due giorni di venti fortissimi, notte e giorno, ed era giugno.

Cons:

Al check in il proprietario mi ha chiesto di scegliere fra una camera classica con terrazza ed il mulino, descrivendole come equivalenti. Ho scelto il mulino ma lo sconsiglio in quanto scomodo, con soppalco interno, buio, con finestre piccole. Peccato, non erano proprio soluzioni equivalenti. Non vale i 75/80 euro del prezzo.

A lovely place to stay. Airy comfortable room, well equipped, quiet, in a great location. Helpful, friendly staff. Very close to lovely beach and easy walk to restaurants.

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Σε άριστη τοποθεσία. Μπροστά σε μια υπέροχη παραλία και κοντά στα μαγαζιά για φσγητο που είναιστο λιμάνι. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Τα δωμάτια άνετα και πολύ καθαρά. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλαχτα. Εξαιρετική σχέση ποιοτητας-τιμης!

Pros:

An excellent medium sized hotel built in 1997. It has larger than usual rooms, with balconies/terraces that catch the sun most of the day, is a stone’s throw away from Lientou beach ( which is the town beach and tends to attract the local children), has a cafe/bar which also serves other visitors to the beach and a warmth of service from all staff that was great. The hotel manager George was great.

It is in a quiet location. For Greece unusually quiet broken only by the motorbike noise somewhere on the island. But to us its single greatest charm was that at night, and throughout the night, with the balcony windows open you could hear the sea lapping constantly the beach.

The hotel is slightly out of town and the two roads ( one ‘main’ that runs alongside the coast ) that border it are quiet - mind you Lipsi only really has three ‘main ‘roads and they’re all quiet. There are 2 other beaches with short (5-10 minute easy walking distance) which are Kampos ( opposite Lipsi Blue Boutique hotel) and Helena, a smaller one - (which you could argue isn’t really a beach). None of the beaches (23 in all but with about 6 that are used by sunbathers) have sunbeds or umbrellas and so it’s towels, portable chairs and shade under a tree. A handful of the beaches - Platis Gialos, Katsadia and Lientou (if you count this hotel) have a bar/restaurant close by ( and thus toilet facilities) and a new one I think at Limni, but most do not.

Lipsi is a very small, very beautiful and very laid back island. For people of an age it is reminiscent of Greece 25-30 years ago. It is a policy decision to keep it as such and to avoid mass tourism which hopefully it will. There actually isn’t that much accommodation and so it’s best to have somewhere booked in advance. The only other intriguing thing about Lipsi is that it is disproportionately frequented by Italians.

Cons:

Nothing really.
But if you want to be picky fly screens may be helpful, a safe in the room may be helpful and the internet was a bit hit and miss ( but 5g coverage was fine)

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja.Blisko plaży, przystanii promowej i wielu restauracji.Miła, pomocna obsluga.Można skorzystać ze śniadań dodatkowo płatnych w hotelowej restauracji.

Cons:

Kłopot mieliśmy z prysznicem,króry nie posiadał żadnej osłony ,dzięki czemu po każdej kąpieli cała łazienka ,łącznie z wszystkimi urządzeniami była mokra.
W naszym pokoju łóżko było stare i metalowe.Skrzypiało przy każdym ruchu.

Loved Lipsi, loved the hotel, had a great time.
Pros:

The location was great, by a sandy beach, close to the port and near plenty of restaurants.The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious.

Fabulous- Kleine Anlage am Strand in herrlicher und zugleich ruhiger Umgebung.
Pros:

Lage top.
Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Bucht - ein Träumchen.
Ruhig.
Wenige Gehminuten zu den Tavernen im Ort und zum Fähranleger.
Appartments geräumig mit kleiner Küchenzeile und mit allem Nötigen geschmackvoll ausgestattet.
