Pros:

Close to all attractions but yet it’s still quite. Big room and clean. Staff would cover you up during the stay.

Cons:

They are not responsive for small inquries. They dont respond you on booking or via whatsapp number. I had only one small request but it didnt happen. It is ok, but at least they could answer. Bathroom was full of mold and there was a short shower curtain which didnt block the water. Thats why the floor was wet all the time. I asked for a room with a nice view but my windows were facing toward to wall. Air conditioner was just above the bed. So if you leave it on, most possibly you wake up paralyzed.

Pros:

Hotel moderno e con vicino molti servizi tra cui parecchi locali per la ristorazione e anche supermercati tabacchi ecc. Ecc.
Zona silenziosa. Sono stati molto disponibili nel doverci accontentare per risolvere un problema con il clima che emetteva cattivo odore e ci hanno fornito a richiesta asciugamani extra, tappeto e anche prodotti per la pulizia personale in quanto visto il forte caldo abbiamo fatto parecchie docce. La signorina al desk e anche l'altro signore sono stati molto disponibili nel fornici tutto quanto sopra ed anche nel dovere prendere in carico i nostri bagagli all'arrivo nel deposito per girare comodamente prima del check in. Anche per il check out ci hanno fatto usare il bagno della hall per rinfrescarci prima di andare in aeroporto.

Cons:

Da migliorare un po' la pulizia delle camere c'era qualche capello sulle lenzuola. Ed andrebbe ritinteggiato il tetto del bagno con traccia di muffa.
La piscina che non si trova nella struttura ma a circa 500 MT presso un lido (già lo sapevamo che non era in loco) occorre andare presto per trovare posto vi forniscono dei braccialetti e anche i teli ma nonostante fosse pulito c'era molta gente e soprattutto tanti bambini che si tuffavano facendo un grande fracasso. (Ovviamente la piscina non dipende dalla struttura) Meglio andare in spiaggia più rilassante soprattutto la Golden bay

Très bon accueil de la part de Kamila. L'appartement (au 10ème étage) est spacieux. Deux balcons dont une terrasse avec vue dégagée, très agréable pour y prendre le petit déjeuner (pas inclus dans l'offre).
Lit confortable, salle de bain équipée, kitchenette fonctionnelle avec ustensiles propres.
Quartier animé, avec de nombreux bars et restaurants, ainsi que des magasins d'alimentation à proximité.
Très facile d'accès en transports publics (bus)

Presentable hotel in great location
Pros:

Incredible location in the heart of St Julian's. Hotel was presented to a good standard and was clean throughout. All staff were incredibly amenable too. I'd definitely return and highly recommend.

Cons:

A full size ironing board would have been nice however it wasn't imperative for my duration of stay.

Excellent location, facilities need work.
Pros:

Excellent location and quiet. Very good AC and nearby to many great restaurants and grocery stores. There was a small fridge in the room and plates/cutlery for light meals which was nice.

Cons:

The ceiling in the bathroom was covered in mold due to lack of ventilation. Smelled unpleasant, but door kept room separate so didn’t stay exposed for too long. Was unable to change rooms due to lack of availability.

Bon hôtel, bien placé mais moisissures dans la salle de bain.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé à St Julian’s, le personnel est très sympathique et accessible. Il est possible de déposer les bagages avant le Check-in.

Cons:

Il y avait beaucoup de moisissures dans la salle de bain. Nous savons qu’à Malte cela est possible mais il y en avait beaucoup. Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles et 9 étoiles sur 10 sur booking c’est très embêtant.
