Great location, busstop and food and shopping stores were literally 2 minutes of walk away. Stuff was very friendly and kind. I booked a room for 1 person but the room was extremely spacious, came with a huge King size bed, lot of space and amenities, bathroom was clean. They also had purified water system downstairs for drinking. 10/10 recommmended

Kozpont helyen van, kozel minden busz, megis nagyon csendes volt a 6. Emeleten. Nagyon tiszta volt. A magyar recepcios lany szuper kedves volt 🙂

Cons:

A bulinegyedben van, nem a legjobb kornyek. A tengerben itt nem lehet furdeni (nem tiszta) es a beach klubhoz a bulinegyeden at kell setalni, aminek csak 1 medenceje van. A mi szobankban a konyha sajnos nem keszult el. A szoba kis ablakai a szomszedos erkelyekre neznek (nagyon kozelrol)

Above and beyond customer service, we were greeted by omar
He gave us detailed information about the area in the room and everything needed then later on ANNA maria when woman beyond in her customer service he can give us best friendly experience in whatever we needed and made sure that we are happy NAS day they were countless request that she fulfilled with a big smile on her beautiful face then according to the Property, it was really big beautiful clean room with the balcony at every step the staff made us feel special and safe. It was my first woman only trip to Europe and it was more than happy.

Cons:

There is nothing that I didn’t like everything was good. I just have a suggestion that as our room was really big. The corner was empty. I hope you can install some sofa there.

Also the staff was polite and helpful when needed.. thank you

Cons:

It needs clean or repair in some spots in the bathroom, because there was a lot of mold on the roof and in the shower.. also it is very dark. The light in the room is soo poor

Horrendous Stay

The room was dirty. The room had 2 small windows overlooking air conditioning units and adjacent walls. There was no light. It was like being in a basement, yet on floor one!!

Noise!! Could hear absolutely everything going on in the corridors and the room above, it was beyond loud. Midnight. 2am. 6am. I contacted the number provided on my booking, they did not give a hoot. Literally didn’t care.

The floor in the bathroom had rubber glued to the floor, no shower cubicle, see photos. This place charges €80 a night!!!

The photo of the swimming pool, is absolutely nothing like the ‘sister’ hotel, it’s an unkept pool, dirty & untidy, nothing like a beach club. It’s also 10 minutes from this place. Do not be fooled by the write up & photos, it’s a far cry. Choose another hotel
