Bad ventilation and useless maintenance person, substandard rooms. 1st night got a wrong room.
Pros:

Location was good and breakfast was good

Cons:

The maintenance staff are useless. The first night I got a room which was not the same as I had booked. when asked the next day they mentioned that it was the only room available. In that case you should not show the room available on booking.com. Ventilation system is not proper, smoke from other rooms came into your room and the maintenance worker is useless. I could not sleep till 2 am. Had to change my room at 2 am as I was getting suffocation. Rooms are substandard

2. rules overloaded while entering/ even staff behaviour too
3. no help available to carry luggage
4. room size is really very very small
5. the wooden flooring is irritating
6. floor mats bad smell in corridors
7. no hotels availabable near to the hotel
