Cleanliness was truly exceptional throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, with daily cleaning that kept every area—rooms, common spaces, and facilities—in perfect condition. It’s clear that maintaining a high standard of hygiene is a top priority here. The facilities are also very modern and well-kept, adding to the overall comfort. Marwan, our host, was also very helpful, assisting with airport pickup and tour arrangements. I would highly recommend this place, especially for anyone who values a clean and well-maintained environment.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We arrived extremely late (2am) but Marawan and team were on hand to welcome us and get us situated. He also helped arrange some very nice tours of local sites.

As it was cold outside, we really appreciated the hot water for showers, and heater to keep the room comfortable. The view at breakfast is just the best too!
