Les photos sur l’annonces font rêvés avec le magnifique jaccuzzi Récent et en faite La vétusté du jacuzzi qui date des années « 70 » qui aurait besoin d’être rénové car la peinture partait et les boutons très fragiles et avec 5 jets ( 1 qui ne marchait pas , 2 aux niveaux des mollets qu’on ne sentait que très peu et les deux dans le démos nikel).
jacuzzi un peu petit et qui aurait mérité un jet supplémentaire. Le petit déjeuner pas terrible. Un jus de fruits très dilué qui n’avait aucun goût. Pas de chocolat et choix très limité. Dommage pour les pancakes qui étaient froids . L’hôtel aurait besoin d’être rénové car notre chambre poignet de porte abîmé, la tuyauterie de la salle de bain sous le lavabo visible ( pas très jolie) et des finitions à finir. La peinture de la porte à refaire. Pour le tarif payer j’espérais trouver quelque chose de parfait, alors je sais que j’ai payé la vue mais mettre plus de photo de la réalité des pièces car je n’es pas trouvé ce magnifique jacuzzi vue sur les photos … un jacuzzi un peu plus grand aurait été l’idéal . La piscine trop froide dommage pour pouvoir en profiter le soir

Am stat în cameră 10 ( studio cu jacuzzi privat)Nu am avut apă caldă la duș în niciuna din zile, am făcut duș rapid cu apă rece din păcate
Apa de la jacuzzi era doar călduta puțin, astfel încât dacă bătea vântul îmi era deja rece în jacuzzi,pe când la vecinii de la camera 11 apa din jacuzzi era fierbinte,deci tind să cred ca la camera 10 exista o problema cu apa caldă atât la duș cat și la jacuzzi
Curățenie PER general ok, paharele pline de scame( semn ca au fost șterse cu o cârpă care lasa scame) lumina cam slaba in baie..

Śniadania bardzo, bardzo ubogie. "Kawa" to raczej woda po kawie z odrobiną fusów. Zdecydowanie odradzam zamawianie śniadania.

Je n’ai guère trouvé motif de satisfaction, hormis la célérité avec laquelle un taxi est envoyé et la beauté de la vue (atout toutefois commun à la majorité des établissements de Santorin). Pour ma part, je considère donc que cet hôtel n’est nullement recommandable.

Σοβάδες πέφτουν από το ταβάνι της τουαλέτας.Βουλομένος νιπτήρας,Χωρίς νερό το ψυγείο,χαρτί υγείας μισό από τον προηγούμενο .. 2 σαμπουάν καθόλου αφρόλουτρο κρίμα διότι η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια .Θα έπρεπε να υπήρχαν πιο υψηλά standards .Ο επιχειρηματίας θα έπρεπε μέσα στις φετινές δυσκολίες να προσπαθήσει περισσότερο .

Café da manhã muito fraco para um hotel desse nível, achei pouca opção.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed.
I urge everyone to trust the bad reviews, this location is a complete scam.
The dirtiest place I have ever visited - everywhere is mold in the bathroom and the air smells disgusting!!
There is a big outdoor light which directly shines in the window which can’t be closed.
Furthermore the electric of the pool runs permanent which is very loud.
We were not able to sleep a single minute because of the smell, the light and the loud noises.
The next day we complained at the reception and the receptionist told us that she knows about all those problems but the owners don’t care and don’t fix anything.
This hotel is a complete scam and a Tourist trap who fall for the nice „view“

By the way, if you expect your room to look like the pictures on booking you will be surprised because they don’t look anything like that

If you don’t want to get sick, don’t visit this Hotel!

We booked a Standard Double Room with Caldera View, but unfortunately, the room did not resemble the photos advertised. The shower had no curtain, and the mirror cabinet was old and outdated compared to the online pictures. The breakfast was poor, and the location, situated between Fira and Oia, makes a rental vehicle essential. Apart from the view, the only positive aspect was the attentive work of the cleaning lady.
