Pure shame and irresponsibility

Cons:

- Reserved accommodation
- On booking described as opened hotel with check in 00-00
- Got there, even on board in front of the “hotel” (that is actually a private house) was written that is opened
- After 3h of driving through the fog and woods, it was closed. Nobody in site.
- Mobile number written with chalk on some ice cream board is turned off…
- They don’t even have asphalted road to the house

Od course nobody answered messages on booking…

Great hotel in the mountains. It was quiet, clean, comfortable, the owners were friendly and the breakfast was tasty. I would gladly stay here again. 10/10
