Pros:

The staff was very friendly and responsive to any requests. Our family was provided with spacious two-room apartments featuring a large kitchen-living room, a spacious bathroom (with a shower and separate toilet), and a large terrace. We were pleasantly surprised to find a big TV with access to YouTube, allowing us to enjoy movies in Ukrainian. A great advantage of these apartments was the location of the bedrooms on opposite sides, offering comfort and privacy.

We arrived for breakfast among the last guests and were pleasantly surprised that the hotel staff continued to bring out fresh food. The breakfast was varied and very tasty.

There was plenty of parking available. It was especially convenient that, although we stayed in a building separate from the main one, we could park our car close by. Overall, our experience was very positive. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Pros:

I have to praise the very positive attitude of the owner which help us with all what we need. Also there was a nice corner with many toys. I recommend it as an overnight stop for families with smaller children.

Pros:

Family run hotel, showing exceptional customer service. We had expensive bikes that the owner stored securely. We had not made resignation for food but this was no issue, good food great price. Can’t rate place high enough.

Pros:

Perfect place for the sightseing of salzkammergut. The crew was so kind that it was happy experience in there. It's easy to find and park a car, room was clean and comfortable. I stayed with family and would visit again.
