Entspannter Urlaub in toller Lage
Pros:

Wir durften 4 Nächte im Staribacher verbringen und waren sehr zufrieden. Man hat gemerkt, dass wir noch außerhalb der Saison waren: wir waren gefühlt die einzigen Gäste - was in Sachen Ruhe ein absoluter Vorteil war.

Die Zimmer sind schön groß, ebenso das Badezimmer. Das WC ist extra, was immer super ist.

Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr entspannend. Großes Indoor-Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad und kleine Teebar.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet wird ein große Auswahl angeboten, geschmacklich auch super.

Das Restaurant nebenan ist absolut zu empfehlen. Toller Service und leckere Küche.

Gleich neben dem Hotel hat man die Möglichkeit, bei RENT AN eBIKE ganz neue und einwandfrei funktionierende E-Bikes zu leihen.

Cons:

Der Boden hätte nochmal gründlich saubergemacht gehört, vor allem beim Fenster: dort haben wir 3 tote Wanzen gefunden. Ich bin da grundsätzlich nicht heikel, aber ich könnte mir schon vorstellen, dass da andere Gäste ihre Probleme damit hätten.

Für uns immer wieder ein angenehmer Zwischenstopp.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Eckzimmer im Dachgeschoß und haben dieses Hotel schon mehrfach besucht.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keinen Kritikpunkt.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel.

Cons:

Unacceptable attitude on the part of the hotel employee Elisabeth.
Two days stay had a problem due to Elizabeth's indifferent attitude.
Had to look for other staff to resolve my issues.
The cleanliness of the room after cleaning is unsatisfactory.
The realities of the hotel are not as rosy as on the photo.

Das Zimmer, Frühstück und die Rezeption waren ok. Da sind wir zufrieden.

Cons:

Hingegen haben wir eine negative Überraschung im Restaurant erlebt. Da wir sehr spät Mittagessen hatten, bestellten wir einen Salatteller. Erstaunt waren wir über die Rechnung und fühlten uns abgezockt: Salatteller (vorwiegend grün): 15 Euros; gespritzten Traubensaft 3dl 9 Euros, Gedeck: 8 Euros...was wir eher von Itslien kennen... die Haupbedienung war unterkühlt, als hätte sie in eine Zitrone gebissen
