Old and dirty

Not clean unfortunately there’s hair and dust everywhere and the cleaning man entered the room without any approval of me and my wife was inside and after that I saw hem in the street looking for the main entrance unfortunately was bad experience

Very very unhygienic & extremely noisy. Expected better for the price which was over £500 for 3 nights. The door open and lock system isn't great and hardly works which isn't safe. Other residents leave the front communal door open constantly leaving you and your belongings unsafe as it leads straight onto the high street.

The bed sheets could be a little cleaner

The property was on a very busy street with old fashioned windows which aren’t sound proofed, if you don’t mind noise you’ll be fine here but it was constantly loud no matter what time of day. From people shouting, cyclists, deliveries etc. Someone also in the building was constantly banging doors in the early hours of the morning throughout our whole stay, from 1am onwards. There was only 1 coffee pod with the coffee machine, pods aren’t something you’d bring with you when it’s advertised there’s a coffee machine in the property.
