Great getaway on our trip around the Ring Road and a different perspective.
Pros:

The manager was very hospitable, helpful, and engaging. The food was excellent - both supper and breakfast buffet. The property was well kept, historical, and offered outdoor opportunities. THe cottages were nice and private. AND THEY HAD ICE to make a drink on arrival to relax -- that has been difficult to find in Iceland.

Cons:

THe bathroom was very tight, but still manageable. We were there one night and it was perfect.

we were exploring Iceland and messed up our bookings. We got into Stadarborg easily and quickly.

Great customer service!
Pros:

The breakfast was included and plentiful. There is a restaurant onsite serving dinner with many options.

Cons:

My single room was small and very basic, but it did fit my needs for a good night sleep.
