Einfach nur schön!
Pros:

Es war nicht nur wunderschön und einladend… es war total ruhig, obwohl in der Stadt, und mega sauber. Wir haben mit Freunden direkt nebeneinander gewohnt und haben uns alle vier sofort nur noch wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten ausgeschlafen und relaxed in die Wientage starten und das ist u.a. diese fantastischen Unterkunft zu verdanken. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und absolut entgegenkommend.

Pros:

Apartman je komforan, dolazak i prijava su jednostvni. Prostor je osmišljen tako da postoji jedna odvojena spavaća soba i dnevni boravak, u apartmanu se nalazi velika nova kuhinja i kupatilo. Lokacija je dobra, miran deo Beča prevozom se lako stigne do grada. Prodavnica je odmah pored zgrade i teretana.

Cons:

Tv nema klasične kanale i to baš nedostaje. Specifičan sistem grejanja, na momente nije radilo ali generalno je radilo i nije bilo problema. Fale neke slike i boje na zidovima, cvece, da se prostor malo sredi mnogo je taman prostor i monoton. Sofa u dnevnoj sobi bi mogla da se sredi, opere. Sve ostalo je novo i bez ikakvih zamerki sve preporuke generalno za ovaj smestaj.

Super accomodatie en medewerkers!
Pros:

De faciliteiten van het appartement! Koelkast,vriezer, magnetron, wasmachine en droger inclusief wascapsules, vaatwasser inclusief vaatwastabletten en een eigen tuin en de medewerker Jules die op alle vragen een antwoord had en gelijk een antwoord gaf bij een online vraag, het was geweldig! En heel nieuw allemaal en schoon

Kleine aber feine Appartment in der Nähe der Altstadt
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage zwischen dem Hbf und dem Altstadt. Sehr ruhig nachts. Sehr gute Matratzen, haben gut geschlafen. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist praktisch neu. Preis/Leistung ist gut.

Cons:

Die Reisende dürfen nicht vergessen paar Tage zuvor sich elektronisch anzumelden, sonst bekommt man kein Code für den Schlüssel

Pros:

It was really nice to place to stay and relax after a busy day exploring Vienna. It was nice and cool inside the apartment, whilst outside the temperature reached the 36 degree mark! Public transport was literally around the corner, as was the supermarket.

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung mit Ausnahme unvollständigem Besteck und Geschirrsatz.
Optimale Anbindung an den ÖPNV.
Urige kleine Lokale im fußläufigem Umfeld (<1km).
Gepflegte Gesamtanlage.

Cons:

Lediglich einzelne fehlende Küchenutensilien.

Quiet apartment, nice looking, well designed, nice quiet area. Clean. Kitchen with many appliances. Lots of storage.

Not enough bathroom carpets. Broken toiletbrushholder. Toilet seat not properly attached or broken. Mattress worn. Broken curtains.
