Elegant and upscale home close to Sandflats, adventure, downtown Moab.
Pros:

Loved this property! Stunning views, elegant accommodations and such a peaceful property. Convenient to Sand Flats, downtown Moab, Arches, and any adventure you can imagine. The host was very knowledgeable and had all the connections and recommendations should we need anything from booking an adventure experience, restaurant recommendation, grocery delivery, and even offered connections to a private chef. We'll definitely be returning here next time we come to town.

Family loved the stay. Concierge was world-class.
Pros:

Our concierge Brooke was above and beyond. We never met her in person but communication was seamless. We are totally clueless about the town, so we rely on her recommendation and assistance on dining and activity options. Not only her recommendations come through solid, she personally drove to town to secure a same day dinner reservation for us (sold out online). If this is not excellence, I don't know what is.

Cons:

This is a new new resort. No on-site dining options yet.

Pros:

We booked this property last minute after hiking all day and were so pleased with everything! The lease office was closed, but Mark in the sales office took amazing care of us! He gave us a welcome beverage and helped orient us to the property and even gave us a personal contact number incase we had an issue. Views were absolutely stunning and the property was pristine. The hot tub was the perfect ending to the day and the stars felt reachable! We will definitely stay here again!!

Pros:

Spacious, luxurious, modern house. Small kinks here and there but promptly addressed by the management. Excellent location, outdoor dining with views on red rocks and LaSalle mountains. Would benefit from a better coffee maker.
