Hotel Eucalyptus è una piccola gemma nel cuore di Santorini.
La posizione è strategica: si trova al centro dell’isola, ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi località in pochi minuti. A pochi passi ci sono tutto ciò che può servire — supermercato aperto fino a tardi, bar, ristoranti, negozi di souvenir, farmacia e noleggio auto, quad e scooter.

Fin dalla prenotazione siamo stati in contatto con Giulia, una persona gentile, disponibile e davvero premurosa. Ha organizzato per noi il transfer dall’aeroporto e ci ha accolti con una dolcezza rara.
Già al check-in abbiamo capito di aver trovato non solo una struttura eccellente, ma anche un’amica. Ci ha assegnato una camera superiore rispetto a quella prenotata e ci ha spiegato tutti i servizi a disposizione, regalandoci tanti consigli utili su spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Grazie alla convenzione con l’hotel abbiamo anche prenotato un’escursione in catamarano al tramonto a un prezzo vantaggioso — un’esperienza magica che non dimenticheremo mai.
Sul retro della struttura c’è anche un comodo parcheggio per lasciare il mezzo noleggiato in tutta sicurezza, senza limiti di orario per entrare o uscire.

La camera era spaziosa e funzionale, perfetta per due persone. Pulita ogni giorno, dotata di un comodo letto, doccia alta, doppio lavandino e un balconcino molto utile. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.

Prima di partire, in attesa del transfer per l’aeroporto, abbiamo trascorso un po’ di tempo a chiacchierare con Giulia, che non smetteremo mai di ringraziare.
Siamo ripartiti con il sorriso… e un po’ di nostalgia.

Truly a great experience!
Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Eucalyptus and had a wonderful experience, largely thanks to Giulia. She was incredibly helpful—she arranged my airport transfer, recommended great places to visit, and even guided me to local spots offering authentic traditional Greek food. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made my stay special.

Large spot of black mold under the fridge in the room - when we checked in the fridge was pushed to the side and the large patch was visible. Also the bed was not comfortable

Hotel di design in posizione comoda e con ottimo prezzo.
Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare l'isola e a 5 minuti dall'aeroporto. C'e' la fermata del bus comoda davanti all'hotel per andare al porto e visitare gli altri paesi. Camera molto carina e spazi comuni di design. Ho avuto una bella camera spaziosa pur viaggiando da sola. La proprietaria molto gentile e pronta a dare tutte le informazioni.

Cons:

Un po' rumoroso essendo vicino alla strada principale ma di notte non c'e' molto traffico.

Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato il giorno stesso in emergenza solo per passare la notte a causa di disguidi con il nostro volo. La signora Julia, all'accoglienza, è stata formidabile. Ci ha accolti con calore anche se era sera inoltrata, e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e il mattino dopo ci ha aiutati enormemente per raggiungere l'aeroporto in tempo. Il biglietto dell'autobus si poteva pagare solo in contanti e noi non li avevamo, quindi lei si è prodigata personalmente per prestarci i soldi. E' stato un gesto di cuore, per due completi sconosciuti quali eravamo, che ci ha riempiti di gratitudine. Grazie Julia, spero di poter ricambiare un giorno.

Amazing hotel, staff. Very comfortable
Pros:

I just stayed one night because I landed in Santorini but was not my final destination. The staff was amazing, my flight was delayed 4h and they kept in touch with me to provide me a driver and make sure I can check in without any difficulties, even at 3 am.
After this long and tiring flight, I arrived, found the driver at the airport, a personalised message on the door of the hotel and a very comfortable and clean room welcoming me for a good sleep.
I would have loved to stay more but the rest of the trip was planed. Thank you a lot again and see you soon for sure
