位置、寧靜。
Room was big and quiet as per my request
Clean and complimentary toilet items
Could pay by card
close to the airport 'and could take a yandex at very early in the morning
Reception available 24h and many english speakers
Pool was open and available for use but water was cold
Saunas and spas were closed
The bathroom fan in the room was problably broken and as a result it made an absurd noise so pretty bad if you have to go during the night
The water in the shower was not particularly warm
Great short stay in Urgench awaiting flight to Tashkent. Location to airport was very convenient and hotel payed for the taxi’s coming and going! Receptionist was awesome at check in time, friendly, courteous, and helpful! Only issue was no air conditioning, slept good with window open
I stayed in this hotel for three nights in the peak of winter in early January 2024. I liked: the floral perfumed towels in the bathroom; the well-heated bathroom; in addition to one bottle of water, the drinking water dispenser in the hallway; good breakfast; comfortable bed; electric kettle; profuse daily supply of complimentary tea and coffee sachets in the room; very well-lighted room; plenty of wall sockets (but these are all European C-type wall sockets and one needs to bring an adapter for other types); a work desk; a small refrigerator in the room; complimentary airport pick-up (but no corresponding drop-off service).
I didn't like: (i) the chair for the work desk could be more comfortable; (ii) my most serious problem was very low or no water pressure, especially at 7:00 am when I would take a shower on my first two mornings. This region is known for water scarcity but I am told that non-drinking ground water is available. I could not take a shower on my second morning because thetre was no water. It was all right on the third morning. (iii) Room heating was very inadequatre; there is a room air conditioner but it worked for 5 minutes at 23 degrees when turned on, after which it did not come to life again. (iv) The hotel is a bit pricey, perhaps because the city is a tourist attraction being close to Khiva which is a 2500 years old ancient city. I stayed in a far superior hotel accommodation in Tashkent for a lesser price.
Bright and airy entrance and reception area. Rest of hotel very well lit and clean enough.
Pool and sauna/steam room were an added bonus. Temperature of the pool was a bit sporadic but al aye felt clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
Air con seemed to only blow out hot air and ended up having window open overnight instead, but this might be normal at this time of year in the area? Not sure.
Great breakfast and hotel pick up and drop off at train station
great staff and location
