Strategic spot, nice rooms, restaurant downstairs
Pros:

Rooms are on two sides of the house. We tried the one overlooking the valley, which has a beautiful view BUT you'll hear the highway noise quite much (with open windows). We also slept in a room on the other side which is totally silent, but you'll not have much of a view (over the garden and on the trees, so greenery anyways). Balconies were in both.
All clean, new furniture and bathroom, big soft towels. For 4 people the room becomes crowded, the bathroom is spacious. Wifi was working but not stable (for a movie streaming), OK for normal browsing.
Be informed about the restaurant availability as it has non standard opening hours and twice a week it is closed. The breakfast is served every day though. Sweet and salty choices, homemade jam, fresh eggs prepared as you wish. The owner is very attentive but uses little English, so conversation can be funny.
There is a small playing ground with nice grass you can see while eating outside, and a table with benches under an old tree perfect for evening relax in summer.
It is in a strategic spot if you travel through Austria on A2 highway. Until september 2023 the highway exit right by the pension is closed, in one direction you'll have to take the next one and turn back.

Cons:

Noise from the higway with opened windows if you have the room towards the valley.

Nice people, nice Gasthof
Pros:

A cosy, family run Gasthof for the weary traveller. We spent just 1 night here, but the people are really kind, we enjoyed our stay very much. The place is on the hillside overlooking the valley, close to the highway, but not too close where the noise may disturb you. Recommended, we'd definitely choose this place next time we look for a hotel around here.

Short but very pleased stay :-)
Pros:

Stayed there for sleep and rest during long way trip. Arrived around 8pm and restaurant was closed however Host asked if we want to eat she can assist. Rooms very clean, beds very comfortable, close to motorway which was very convenience for us. But still quiet enough to not hear all the noises from the cars.
Breakfast very good. Eggs made as your wish, on buffet everything you need. Just for the kids no pastries but there was Nutella and cornflakes which they like.

Owners very polite, helpful, asked number of times if we are okay which feels you really looked after.

recommended and definitely will stay there again if we travel across Austria
