Amplio y cómodo, con buenas vistas

Apartamento espacioso y cómodo.
Bien equipado en general.
Terraza amplia con muy buenas vistas a la montaña.
Ideal para estar tranquilo y relajarse.

Cons:

Las literas no eran muy comodas y estaban en el “pasillo”.
No dispone de horno.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

Gil and Pepita were great! They wait for us to arrive even we got there quite late and gave us advise about the area and weather conditions before our arrival which helped a lot. They helped us to get the ski passes to the best rate. The rooms were super clean and in the hotel you have all you need for a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Maybe some additional facility to dry the boots and gloves in the ski room will be good to have.

Base perfecta para Ordino Arcalís (si vas con coche) + trato top del staff
Pros:

-Para plan de nieve con familia/amigos, va de lujo: pillamos dos apartamentos y nos organizamos súper bien entre habitaciones para cocinar, niños, horarios, etc.
- Ubicación muy buena si el objetivo es Ordino Arcalís o el valle de Sorteny.
- El equipo que lo lleva: de 10. Amabilísimos, siempre ayudando, proponiendo opciones y resolviendo todo rápido.
- Tema cocina: faltaban un par de utensilios y al principio solo dejaron 1 pastilla de lavavajillas, pero se lo dijimos y nos lo solucionaron al momento. Cero drama.
- Parking bien pensado: opción interior (de pago) y opción exterior fácil. Además hay ascensor, así que subir trastos (y niños) es bastante cómodo.

Cons:

- El Serrat es aislado: si no tienes coche, lo tienes más difícil para moverte.
- Pocos enchufes en el apartamento. No es grave, pero si vais varios con móviles, tablets, cascos, etc., llevad un ladrón/regleta y listo.
