Pros:

I had a peaceful and restful stay, which were my main reasons for booking. The hotel team was wonderful. From the moment of checking in to checking out, the exemplary staff - always warm, charming and supportive, consistently exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return to this top-class hotel.

Cons:

The steam room was out of operation. I was looking forward to a massage and a steam/sauna. I had neither. I didn't want a massage without a steam.

Das Hotel war wunderschön und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Suite war sehr sauber und richtig groß und hatte einen tollen Ausblick. Frühstück sehr 😋 eine große Auswahl. Vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Centrally Located, Excellent Staff. Breakfast was very good with wide ranges of choices. Egg Station and choice of Dosa was great. The lady on duty in the breakfast restaurant was very hospitable and helpful.

Cons:

Room was little warm, as the air conditioning system was in heating mode only. Individual room cooling system could be installed for more freedom of choice and comfort for the customers.
