Pros:

Centrally Located, Excellent Staff. Breakfast was very good with wide ranges of choices. Egg Station and choice of Dosa was great. The lady on duty in the breakfast restaurant was very hospitable and helpful.

Cons:

Room was little warm, as the air conditioning system was in heating mode only. Individual room cooling system could be installed for more freedom of choice and comfort for the customers.

Pros:

The hotel is modern and very clean with a very comfy bed. The reception team organised the day trip to Chitwan National Park, where we have been assisted and guided throughout the day until the moment we come back to the hotel. Very nice restaurant on the ground floor where we also had breakfast.
On the top floor, there is a bar/restaurant where it is possible to chill out to have a relaxing time, where I have spent a few late afternoons watching the sunset. A special thank you to Pradeep, Sachin, and the entire team at Kausi restaurant for the outstanding service and food. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Bharatpur.

Cons:

Nothing we disliked.
I simply would avoid the process of getting hand towels on request. You will get them within a minute but having seen the quality of the hotel and service I would suggest to provide the towel without needing to make a request.

Pros:

Wonderful 4 nights, the staff were amazing and very helpful. They arranged our trips into Chitwan with local company Jungle Book and liaised with them to ensure the hotel taxi dropped us off at right place and picked us up when we wanted.
The hotel was beautiful, modern and so clean. Food in Timmur and on the roof was lovely as well.
Can't recommend it high enough.

Cons:

Nothing.. the hotel was in Bharatapur, outside Chitwan. But with hotel taxi this didn't matter and we got to see another area as well.

Good hotel with excellent service, but some practical aspects need attention.
Pros:

Hiru Sapkota was fantastic – he made us feel well looked after and was always easy to contact, both in person and over the phone. The hotel is modern, with great views, excellent food, and a swimming pool with an amazing outlook. The free airport pickup was a bonus, and the driver was very polite and helpful, even assisting with our luggage.

Cons:

Some of the gym equipment was faulty and needs maintenance.
The hotel is a bit far from Sauraha, and the hotel taxi charges felt quite high. We had to negotiate the price on our last night, which left a slightly negative impression.
The walls are quite thin, and noise from the neighbouring room was very noticeable.

Pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
Pros:

Check-in times are flexible, and I appreciated the location, friendly staff, and breakfast at the hotel. The swimming pool is nice, but it needs better maintenance for cleanliness. There is plenty of parking available, with EV charging points provided.

Cons:

No welcome drink or warm wet towel. The gym was in an unusable condition, with minimal equipment, an empty water container, and most of the gym apparatus was out of order. The shower area by the pool also needs cleaning and to be maintained to a high standard.
