Pros:

地點離傳藝真的很近。
一開始發現床很軟有點擔心，但沒有預料中睡起來會腰酸背痛，還挺舒服的。
早餐是中式早餐，菜色算豐富，且包子和小點都是主人親自做的，味道很棒，主人也很熱情。
院中的兩隻大鵝，小孩子看了很開心，院子和公共區域挺大的，有很多玩具，雖然偏舊，但孩子還是玩得挺開心的。

Cons:

可惜早餐只煮一次，所以起晚了，食物就會涼掉，且若不幸像我們第一天遇到一大群房客，可能會沒有太多東西吃(可能只剩包子和烤土司)。
浴室水壓有點小，導致熱水器很容易滅掉，所以熱水要嘛很熱，要嘛就是冷水。
隔音世界霹靂無敵差，連隔壁房切換開關的聲音都聽得一清二楚，如果又遇上沒禮貌的房客(很晚check-in，一到房間就大呼小叫個不停)，真的很讓人崩潰。

加床給的是一個沙發，讓人在上面躺，應該要事先告知，入住的時候洗手台上有葡萄？
